Mount Emei Zhizhu Resort Hotel

I loved my stay in the hotel. The staff welcomed So warmly & showed me the whole hotel. The room was amazing and the hot spring mindblowing!!! 💓💓💓 I have been in a lot of hotels but this one is the best so far ! Vivi (hotel staff) always answered every of my questions (in English) within a few seconds via WeChat and arranged my whole trip to the top of emai mountain: even though I was to late to buy a ticket for the cable car, she showed me what other options I have and arranged everything so nicely according to my wishes. This has been just fantastic🥰🥰🥰 I would definitely recommend this to everyone who wants to visit emai & especially to foreigners! 👍👌 @vivi: thank you so so much for this wonderful weekend & hope to see you again 👋👋

Very clean and great service. Restaurant did not serve western food and had to travel to a different hotel for meals. Manager did notice and offered to serve sandwiches, great little add-on. Hot springs are only open 11am-11pm. As a holiday resort I would have liked it being open all the time, getting into the hot spring to see the sunrise… especially since the hotel doesn’t offer any amenities besides the hot springs. The personal hot tub on the balcony looks nice but is not a very useful feature as the water is actually lukewarm and gets cold fast. Overall I am very happy with this clean, fancy hotel. And a big thank you to all the staff who went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant.

隨緣網上找了一家酒店，整體體驗挺不錯的，湖景也漂亮的，一進酒店 前台工作人員小雯就很熱情接待，招呼我們，態度很好，還幫我們提東西送上樓，還送了下午茶，一會又有工作人員也送來了水果，晚上睡覺前還送來了牛奶，挺貼心的，玩的很愉快，早餐豐盛的，下次還來住，這裏很安靜睡覺也舒服 晚上喝點小酒氛圍感拉滿了的

定的標間,房間很滿意，雖然過程中出現了小插曲 特別謝謝賓客經理小雯，處理的非常及時穩妥。 酒店的整體服務人員温馨，客氣，禮貌，服務意識強。唯一需要提高的是早餐，品種類別欠少,部分菜餚的品質欠佳,牛肉麪不錯。

超級超級滿意！本來去避暑，隨機定了個房間，結果酒店從裝修到服務都超過預期。酒店是管家式服務，有任何問題都隨時能找到人，我們的管家小雯也是超級負責細心，酒店每個工作人員都是笑臉相迎。一樓也有小朋友玩的小童樂園，天氣熱，不用出酒店孩子也很開心！下次去峨眉肯定還要住這兒

酒店位置安靜，湖景不錯，這次帶兩個娃訂了兩間房享受了整個週末。酒店除了一樓公用泳池湯池外，每個客房都配有私湯。爬完山回來躺私湯裏吃着燒烤+小酒，就是對自己最好的獎勵。 着重説一下管家經理小雯同學，優秀，一個注重細節的代表，離店當天特意為我及家人申請延遲退房，非常感謝。

酒店是我家小孩訂的，他第一次訂，我衹負責付款。本來想着，小學生的眼光也就這樣了。等到酒店大門了，心裏還是覺得，哦，還行吧這樣。可是呢，等我看到管家小雯以後，我開始發現這家酒店的確是有過人之處的。首先是服務很到位。房間在我到達之前就開了温泉池，讓我一放下行李就可以舒服地泡了個湯，這種舒適感不是一般的享受。還有非常棒的配品，水果，貼心地準備好美食攻略。我們對峨眉山的情況不熟悉，問了小雯好幾次上山的辦法，她都不耐其煩地很細心地給我解答。這些都是我此程的亮點。離開以後發現落下了充電器，管家迅速地寄過來，解決了一個大問題。謝謝芷築，謝謝小雯。

五星好評～很滿意的一次旅行，和父母孩子一起出行，主打一個輕鬆隨意，房間自帶泳池，小朋友不要玩的太開心。管家小雯很好，我們還沒有到就幫我們把泳池的水放好了，水温也合適，剛放下行李小朋友就玩水去了，兩天玩了4次水，幾乎不用出門，實現了輕鬆帶娃。

四年前故地重遊，還是挺不錯的，環境啊衞生啊都做得很到位，特別表揚一下服務，真的特別好，很貼心，特別是小雯，簡直就是有求必應，賓至如歸不過如此，下次還來！
