This hotel is truly exceptional. It’s very comfortable and perfectly meets all the needs of a mother traveling with a child. Everything is thoughtful and well-organized, making the stay easy and enjoyable. A really special place.
Le Méridien Emei was the best part of my Emei trip, especially with the bad weather. Spacious room with a nice mountain view. Loved the large bathtub — perfect for a hot soak in the cold. Good location with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Short ride to 报国寺站 to take the bus up to Mount Emei. Breakfast mostly local, but basic options like bread, eggs and sausages available. Seems popular with families — many staying over the weekend.
Awesome stay , room is spectacular
We stayed in the family room and it's awesome and kids love it. Breakfast is also amazing. Service is very good.
There are also many restaurants outside the hotel.
Near emeishan station but not near enough to walk. Outside had a fair bit of restaurants and small convenience stores.
Have a park within walking distance.
Downside is the gym is quite a walk from our room (if you stay at the room with mountain view)
Also, didnt manage to see the beautiful view as we left early everyday 😅
The hotel is exceptionally. It might be one of the best I stayed. Better than many other Marriott’s in the US for sure. Breakfast has abundant options. The room is spacious and 4 hot springs are so relaxing after one day in the mountain. This is the best in the area and my local friend told me rich ppl chose to have weddings there.
This is a very good location hotel if you intend to visit Emei Shan and The Chuan distillery. A 10min and 15min car ride brings you to the Emei Shan bus stop and Distillery respectively.
The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It has a very nice park outside the breakfast area and we enjoyed our morning walk after the breakfast galore. Breakfast spread is awesome.
The tower 2 where our room located supposedly is smoke free area. However along the corridor and lifts area at the time we stay are filled with unbearable cigarette smoke.
The hotel is placed in between parts of the town, so it is simple walking around. It is very clean and up scale. Great breakfast.
The main negative point is the long corridors. It takes around about five minutes of walking at a brisk pace to get from the lobby to our room, which is kind of crazy? When booking a room, maybe ask for one closer to the lobby.
Hotel location is very good and very near to alot of food options and emeishan railway station. Staff was super friendly and also gave us a free upgrade on the room. They also helped us with our queries on going to Mt Emei, getting around emeishan and ordering things on *******. Hotel facilities were also nice and well maintained.
