Hôtel Mercure Épinal Centre

A fuir ! J'ai payé 100 euros pour une chambre vieillotte qui n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles ! La moquette est salle. Les peintures tachées. Insonorisation à revoir. .... Bref la déception totale.

The hotel is 200 metres from the centre of Epinal so it is very simple and quick to get into town. However because the hotel is around a corner from the town, there is very little noise from it. It was the best of both worlds. The staff were superb. Friendly and helpful. They have 2 electric charge points but on arrival both were blocked by non electric cars. The gentleman on reception contacted the owners and one of them moved their car a short time afterwards. Reception then reserved the bay and let me know it was free. Great service. I think that the hotel has just been refurbished. Our room was very good indeed. The breakfast was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can recommend heartily.

It was terrible. Got sick after sleeping a night there. Ac is terrible was probably never cleaned. If you have asthma good luck there. Service is terrible they do not clean rooms. Concierge isn’t friendly , and you have to pay extra just to have access to amenities. At a 4 star hotel they can’t even give you free water. A catastrophy the room looked like a communist era room

Hotel is comfortable and renovated in some part. Breakfast was disappointing Service was non existent. The bacon was cold, so were the scrambled eggs. The cold meat selection was poor and cut, sliced to thick. Not what I expect from a four star hotel.

We travel from Italy to Uk thru France since 1986 ! We like Epinal which is a lovely little town ! This Hotel is great nice room comfortable bed and well furbished .The hotel staff is very polite and available ! We went to the swimming pool it was nice with water at correct temperature! We ll come again for sure :)

The service refused to gives us water bottles at first . There has been some confusion around the rooms we took and incomplete service according to the price we paid. Room service does not come after 2pm meaning one of our rooms wasn’t cleaned for 4 days.

Worst hotel ever!!! Maximum 2 stars It’s even to late to renovate, thé really should rebuild it from the first stone. I took a few photos and don’t want to spend time to give some comments, just look the photos. Eva the receptioniste was very friendly and helpful.

Séjour en aout 2024 N'ayant pas reçu de mail de l'hôtel pour donner notre avis, je le fais sur ce site. Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel à plusieurs reprises; bon accueil avec une nouvelle équipe il nous a semblé; chambre en correspondance avec notre réservation .Espace détente avec une petite piscine agréable s'il n'y a pas trop d'enfants qui jouent au ballon et ceci sans surveillance d'adulte; mais il y a une caméra à l'accueil qui doit vérifier la situation. Bonne restauration avec du personnel souriant et attentionné, même si le deuxième jour, nous avons dû insister pour pouvoir diner car ils avaient un groupe de 20 personnes, et le troisième jour nous n'avons pas pu déguster un très bon dessert, du fait d'une attente d'1h15. Par contre petit-déjeuner décevant par la présentation de certains produits en vrac, pas au frais, et surtout si nous arrivions dans la dernière heure, les produits n'étaient pas renouvelés, malgré un personnel très aimable.

Cet hôtel n'a pas su anticiper sa rénovation. Il n'est plus au niveau mercure et fait même sale par endroits. Le petit déjeuner est bien moyen, pour 18,50 € on se fout du monde. Il n'y a rien d'exceptionnel et les produits ne sont pas toujours renouvelés, avis aux derniers qui s'arrivent en salle. la piscine a besoin aussi d'un petit coup de neuf. Il faut savoir que vous y êtes filmés et que l'écran est visible à l'accueil, y compris par le public. En conclusion on n'est pas sur un 4 étoiles. Plutôt un 3 et demie je dirais. Niveau ibis style.
