Everything was updated and nice, but the bed was overly firm. It was so uncomfortable for me and my boyfriend that it was an issue getting to sleep. Woke up completely stiff and aching. They should invest in better quality mattresses and charge more for the stay.

This hotel looks okay outside but as soon as you walk in, the ceiling in the lobby area looks like it’s falling down. There are holes in it. The people at the front desk has no interest whatsoever on assisting. AirPods in the ears and always on the phone and when approached, it felt like I was inconveniencing them. The room's condition looks like a motel room in the most horrible place in America. I had roaches in the bathroom. The carpet looks and smells like it’s been there for over 10 years. The hinges all have corrosion. The doors and drawers are pealed off due to the humidity inside the room. Our stay was absolutely terrible. I could have spent the same amount of money for a way better place because the worst part is that this hotel it’s no cheap at all.

The breakfast was very poor. The first day the crock pots (to keep the food warm) we’re not turned on. The food was cold (biscuits and gravy) the second day it was a little better but still not good. We skipped the third day and ate cereal in our rooms. The pool was cold! The staff were there but never said anything to us coming or going.

I put on there to pay at the hotel and they took it out before i got there and i booked 3 rooms with my card and they took out for 2 room and didnt take my room out and said it was on a different booking and i have hotels com so i dont think i will be going back there

The Staff was so nice and helpful. They helped a lot with directions in the area. The hotel room was very clean and nice. The beds were wonderful! The property had a lot of construction in the front and the road to it was hard to find because it was blocked by construction.

When we entered the parking lot at night the parking lot was well lit. We left early morning while still dark out and all parking lot lights were off. We felt it was unsafe for us and our luggage in our vehicle to have no lighting. Otherwise we had no complaints.

Excellent value and convenient to where I needed to be. The mattress on one side was completely sunken in and the door card key had to be replaced three times. Manager was awesome however and explained that the property is going through renovations. I have stayed at this location on a number of occasions and will continue to do so.

The hotel is close to the airport but right next to the highway, which makes it very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel itself is a little dated and it has cosmetic issues, such as some paint peeling in the room. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was amazing. There's free buffet breakfast which works but not great. Overall, nice place to stay and an excellent value.

We stayed at the Nov 16 to 18th 2023. We were on the second floor room not far from elevator. I’m giving this review late because I wanted to make sure my $50 deposit was back in my account. The inside a nicely decorated. Staff was professional and courteous. The room is spacious. Unfortunately around 4:30 am I found a bed bug crawling near my child! I was not happy. They are doing renovations and I hope that includes professional bedbug killer. I went and bought spray so that I could continue to stay in the room. I didn’t see any the rest of our stay. Would stay again but if I see another bug I will not.
