Ginger on MG Road in Kochi presents a convenient location and clean, albeit basic, rooms. The hotel caters to budget-conscious travelers seeking a central spot in the city. The stay was amazing.Hospitality was top notch.the ***ager Ashwanth made no compromise when it came to taking care of everything

Stayed 2 nights. Excellent staff, room is small but clean, aircon works well but there was a low drumming noise outside the double glazed window. No opening window. Bed is clean and comfy. Safe and fridge in room. Lift works well. Towels are fine. Good breakfast variety. Nice cool clean foyer. Easy walk to modern mall with cinema, KFC and Taco Bell, other restaurants and shops. More like a business hotel than resort. Pool had algae, we told them but nothing was done by the next morning when we left. Gym was hot, but it had been a couple of very hot days. Overall, a nice stay, just don't expect resort facilities.

I just wanted to share my experience at Ginger Hotel. I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Suhana and Aditya. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Ginger Hotel to others.

We had a pleasent stay at ginger Kochi MG road. Hotel is very close to malls, theaters, marine drive and metro station. Breakfast bufet spread is too good. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Special thanks to Suhana, Adithya and Ajmal for arranging our stay. Note: initially AC cooling was not working as expected which they corrected later on request.

Ambience was nice.... Restaurant was good.. Swimming pool was good n it was safe for kids also.. overall nice hotel to stay with good ambience.... Staffs wer also very humble.. reception staffs suhana , ajmel n aditya were very cooperative

Their meticulous attention to detail, proactive communication, and unwavering professionalism truly made our experience exceptional. Neat and clean, friendly and helpful staff. Meeting hall with good quality audio video facilities. Mr. ***iraj, the banquet ***ager was a very helpful hand in addressing the issues if at all. Overall great experience, would definitely come back

Amazing hotel with amazing staff and ambience. Special mention about Ashwanth, the ***ager,who was very helpful regarding the whole process from A to Z and accommodating us. I had an amazing time here. Another mention is regarding the food, which is exceptional. The A la carte and the buffet are both amazing.

The hotel is just off the MG Road and the location is the only good thing about the hotel. The check-in took quite some time as the receptionist could not confirm my payment though it was done through the IHCL website. Rooms are very small and not well maintained. There is no luggage rack and wifi speed is quite slow. The biggest issue is that nobody attends to the phone calls to either for in-room dining or reception. The breakfast buffet is average in taste and variety and refilling is quite slow. Some dishes are also never refilled unless you request for them. I couldn't believe this is a IHCL property even though the branding is Ginger. To top it all, it is highly overpriced.
