Hotel Caribe

Hotel was lovely and clean the food was mostly the same Every night had so got a bit boring after the 3rd day.The espa, frank and the entertainment team where lovley wish i got the other girls name all amazing .but on the other hand some of the daytime activities just didn't happen no notice of being canceled but charlies bar is amazing and if 2 min walk away. But to note the don't seem to answer email just the phone but overall it was a good stay. 👍

Entertainment was very poor & too late 9.45. Entertainment lounge not cosy at all. Bright lights on no atmosphere. Only one coffee machine working in bar area. Pool area was OK. Snacks for pool area was poor choice & cold. Room was clean modern. Staff friendly.

To be fair, it is quite a nice hotel. Nice pool. That's where it stops. Food is awful. Repetitive, basic all inclusive. Very basic. I lived on soup and bread, tbf, the soups were nice. Everything else was blah. Just nothing looked appealing, or appetising. We just ate out a lot. Drinks were ok'ish. Cocktails abysmal, out of a machine and rubbish. No reserving sunbeds, haha, yes they do, from 7am. Then don't use them until midday. Snack section varied. Always fries, somedays pizza or sausages. Chicken nuggets rock hard, and cod balls. No control of aircon, its either on or off. Would I stay here again? No definitely not. All the 5* reviews must be from people, who are deluded or are prepared to put up with inferior quality

Me and my family have just returned after a lovely week here. The hotel was very clean and had a good layout. All staff were friendly and helpful. One night I put a sofa cushion under my pillow as I like to sleep with 3 usually and when the maid came she noticed and gave me an extra pillow, I thought this was lovely. The pool is a great size and the children's splash pool gave hours of entertainment for my children ages 7 & 10. The food was as you'd expect for all inclusive, a good range and everything cooked properly. The only negative was the entertainment. They had a few games each day but it was announced over speaker and it was quite hard to understand what they were saying. The night entertainment was awful and we found ourselves going out or going to bed early. If they had a better entertainment team, this hotel would be perfect!

I knew as soon as we stepped in to reception it was going to be a good holiday. This hotel is worth the money you spent on it,nice staff,hotel,seating area,restaurant,food,pool,and area outside,NOW mustn't forget to say big thankyou to the maid/cleaners,they do a fantastic job without a doubt. The bay is only small but enough to sight see,with plentiful bars to have a drink outside the hotel. I would return in a heartbeat.

Can’t fault this hotel at all. We have just spent a fantastic week here. The hotel is absolutely spotless, the staff all work really hard and are all very polite and friendly. The food in my opinion was very good and I’m quite a fussy eater, there was always something for everyone. Lots of the food is cooked fresh in front of you and is always topped up quickly. The restaurant staff are always making sure everything is replenished. The rooms were immaculate as where all the public areas and the pool area . All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good 3* hotel in Es Cana .

Just returned from a week say at the hotel. A nice clean hotel, rooms kept exceptionally clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tui rep on site each day. Food what you would expect from 3* hotel, you would have to be extremely fussy not to find something to eat. Lots of fresh salad and fresh fruit. Bed very comfortable, bathroom good with large walk in shower, fresh clean towels each day. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss, but then everyone is different when it comes to liking what is presented. Lovely location, pretty bay with the added bonus of our room being at the top and facing east so able to see some spectacular sun rises. Free WIFI and free use of the room safe. Can highly recommend this hotel

Absolutely can not fault this hotel! Spotlessly clean, good sized room, decent pool, great food and very helpful and friendly staff. You can't wish for a better location, right close to the beach and the infamous Charlie's Bar. In fact all the good night spots are right on your doorstep. Highly recommended. Would definitely return.

Fantastic hotel food best we have had for a long while would well recommend it cleanliness is great cleaned every day fresh towels and is located near all amenities staff very helpful tui reps their every day plenty to do in resort Charley's bar very good entertainment
