I was booked for two nights. After getting in my room, I decided one night there was going to be all I could do. It was booked through ******* so a refund was not available, so I have to eat the cost, so be it. The property is old and dated. It appears updates have been attempted but it is too little too late. It may be time to start over with this property. The two staff I interacted with were polite and pleasant, so this is not a reflection on them. I booked this based on reviews and the cost. Money's short and times are hard and all that. You get what you pay for they say, I guess so. My second night was at another hotel, it cost more but was worth it for my peace of mind. TTFN.

Hotel was renovated but the Reno was like a diy. The ac unit in the room was a small window unit inadequate for the room. There was a pile of construction debris on the side of the building. The area was iffy. Did no feel safe

It was a quick stop for us and no bells and whistles,Mini Fridge was noisy. Bed was way to soft,

Comfortable and clean. Nice place for a quick overnight stay.

Blinds were broken went to call the front desk and the phone was unplugged. Super sketched out. Checked in for 5 minutes then checked out.

The hotel room needs some updating. AC very noisey. My clock alarm went off at midnight that I didn't set. Not impressed. However, the bed was comfortable. Sabrina at the front desk was very friendly and informative to the upcoming concert. The reason for booking this hotel was it was a 4 min walk to the Fairgrounds for Keith Urban concert which was a bonus!

Noisy and ineffective window-unit air conditioning. The mattresses of both beds in our room were poor quality, too soft and sunken in middle. Some modern upgrades, such as sink and toilet, but overall average rating for the hotel.

Dead mosquitoes on nightstand and also on the beds. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned or the bed sheets changed. The price was too expensive for the room and conditioned it was in. The free “breakfast” was a joke. Would not stay here again or recommend this place.

I need information on how to get a refund for this charge. I had reserved a handicap accessible room as my mother had just been discharged from a 2 week hospital stay for major surgery. The room we were given was a bit larger maybe but the bathroom had a tub basin shower, NOT handicap assessable and we could not stay there. We had to go to a neighboring hotel instead. Please let me know what I need to do to get my money back. Thank you!
