家族３人で２部屋で２泊。モロカンデザインの部屋は狭いがシックですべてがそろっている。シャワーの水圧低し。スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしい。日本に２回行った事があるディレクターのエリックさんが迎えてくれた。館内のフレンチレストランで夕食を摂ったがこちらも美味しかったです。ホテル名はフランス語だが英国の匂いがする美しいリアドであった。屋上プールで泳げたかったが気温が低すぎた。朝食のバラエテはもっとあった方が良い。

The magic of Morocco is in its details. Our favorite small boutique hotel in the city center of Essaouira. All rooms are centered around the courtyard which is a beautiful green oasis with beautiful light settings. Our two premium suites had different furnishings but both elegant with a mix of moroccan and colonial decor. Lots of space and a cozy lounge area. At the rooftop terrace you have the heated swimming pool and a breathtaking panoramic view of the old city of Essaouira. *Member of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux.

We chose this hotel and destination because we wanted to celebrate New Year’s Eve in an authentic setting with unique charm. L'Heure Bleue was the perfect choice: serene, luxurious, and steeped in history. A truly wonderful experience. It was unfortunate that there was a misunderstanding regarding the New Year’s Eve dinner, which was automatically included in the room rate but not clearly communicated to us. As a result, we paid for it without being able to enjoy it.

Having just returned from a wonderful 5 nights at L'Heure Bleue Palais we wanted to post how grateful we were to Eric and his entire team for making it such a magical stay. Our first night was interrupted by some external noise (nothing to do with the hotel). We advised Eric who immediately arranged for us to be moved to another room on the other side of the hotel. A beautiful room - at no extra charge. The staff were all incredibly helpful and courteous. All of them - reception, waiters/waitresses, room service, poolside service. A great credit to Eric and his personable style. The breakfasts were a major treat. And the poolside terrace a great place for lunch and afternoon/evening relaxation. The building itself is magnificent and a wonderful haven. We were very sad to leave. But will be back. Thank you

This hotel is in definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. Maybe a 3 star at best. The rooms were stuffy and small. Only 1 window which faced into the center of the hotel. We had to keep asking for water & towels each day after a room cleaning. For some reason they weren’t being replaced. The breakfast was minimal and cheap. The rooftop, which is cool, closes at 6pm. Everything about this hotel was sad & cheap. Not sure how anyone could give it a 5 star rating. The only positive about this property was its location.

Absolutely perfect. Stunning. The location, the settings, the elegant classy luxurious interior decor, the calm, the personnel, the food, the service, the boutique shop, the magnificent suite, the rooftop pool and restaurant and especially the Director who took time to communicate with his guests ...... It was such a pleasure and joy to stay in this Riad for 2 nights. Wonderful unforgettable souvenir. Thank you to the kind efficient staff and to Mr Molle, the Director for allowing us to have such a gorgeous stay.

Seamless service from beginning to end. With really thoughtful touches. Great locations for exploring Essaouria. Beautiful central courtyard filled with greenery. Has an elegant feel. Also the cocktails were expertly mixed which was an unexpected bonus.

Disappointed. Air conditioning barely worked and our room was 80* at night. Spoke with management several times and always got a polite response, but no one ever fixed it. Leaving windows open isnt a solution because of street noise below. Beautiful spaces and our room was very nice but smelled musty.WiFi service was slow annd intermittent. Others in our group had similar comments. Not at all up to Relais & Chateau standards.

Location is great for seeing the sights of Essaouira. The hotel has lots of old world colonial charm, set in a Riad courtyard style with bedrooms on three levels and a rooftop bar and pool. Restaurant is on the ground floor, which we thought was only okay and expensive compared to any other meal we had in Morocco. The staff were friendly, especially the porters. I loved the bar area, but when we had a drink there, we were the only ones. Parts of the hotel could probably do with some updating. Our room was a deluxe suite, but felt a bit clammy (maybe this was the sea air).
