Great location and service to match. Rooms are spacious with both soaking tubs and showers. All rooms have ocean view. Excellent large gym areas with modern well maintained equipment. Front desk staff and concierge professional and knowledgeable. Prices for dinner and car services are much higher than other hotels in Spain.

As a frequent traveler I feel that I can confidently say that my experience at Kempinski Bahia Estepona was one of my best stays in a long time. From the welcome at the front desk( particular attention from a charming Moroccan girl who escorted us to our room) to the pool attendants and the breakfast restaurant team all meshed together nicely offering elegant yet relaxed service. The breakfast buffet was extensive and had a choice for everyone including an Asian counter. I especially liked the “honey bar” which offered a variety of different kinds. The room was quiet ( a plus for me) and the bathroom was not as modern as I would have liked but made up for with a large bathtub, so rare today. My stay was short and did not allow for us to have the full experience, but I was able to get a feel for the grounds, gardens and pool area all in front of the blue Mediterranean. The parking attendants were very helpful in allowing us to park directly in front of the hotel. A pleasant stay from start to finish.

15 of us stayed for a 4 day golf trip and had a wonderful time. Weather was disappointing but that's not the hotel's fault :) Eva Marquez was my contact throughout the booking process and she was fantastic. Always available, a delight to deal with, and everything went very smoothly. There is a SIXT office in the hotel so the car hire was facilitated very efficiently and we had 4 cars waiting for us when we arrived. It was low season so the hotel didn't feel busy, which made for a lovely relaxing stay. The hotel is about 30 mins drive to the golf courses in Sotogrande which wasn't ideal but, again, not the hotel's problem. The hotel it's self is lovely, facing the sea albeit the beach isn't very nice as it's black stone/pebbles. Fortunately the hotel has a lovely pool area, albeit the weather wasn't good enough to use it. The rooms are very nice, comfortable, sizeable and with a huge bathroom. Everything we experienced was excellent, from the staff (who couldn't have been nicer - the front desk staff were even kind enough to print off emails I sent them and brought them to my room without being asked) to the food, the rooms, even the underground garage was about a clean a garage as I've ever seen! Very impressed with this hotel and highly recommended.

What a great surprise. A friend recommended this hotel and we are so glad they did. We were not entirely sure what to expect but when the very friendly team checked us in and gave us a glass of Cava we knew we would have a great time. Every member of the team was excellent . Always available to help or just offering a friendly hello. Breakfast was exceptional, delicious large choice of food and waiters remembered our coffee choice each morning without a prompt. The views from our bedroom were lovely and we really enjoyed the long walks along the beach. Highly recommended and we will certainly be staying again.

Wonderful location, friendly staff. We enjoyed a wonderful week there. Although it was raining a lot during our week the staff did their best to make our stay as memorable as possible. Everybody was always friendly, helpful and welcoming.

I would like to take a moment to say a HUGE thank you for the kind efforts of Bianca and her whole team to look after my family and I last week on the occasion of my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary The best moments in hospitality occur when something wonderful happens and you and your teams created something that we will remember forever. This was a long planned long weekend away for an event that we will not see again and from the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty and the whole team made us feel very special and seemed to be aware of our special anniversary The rooms with balconies and sea views were very special, the special Anniversary Dinner we had in your fine dining restaurant was very special and the recommendations that you made for us to eat in Estepona were perfect! We chose the hotel for its heated indoor and outdoor pools which worked well in February (although the indoor spa pool seemed to mainly be for children in the daytime). Really comfortable beds, blackout curtains, water bottles in room replenished every day and luxurious bathrooms as you’d expect at this price. The extra single bed was adult sized. Breakfast was excellent especially if you ask for cafe latte etc which they will go away and make. The staff throughout the hotel were helpful and friendly. There are plenty of lovely places to sit and relax and pizzas at the bar were good. It was easy to get an Uber into Estepona, hotel bike rental sadly worked out too expensive for a family. The only big negative was that we paid for a side sea view and asked for a balcony with some sun but were given a dark room with a balcony which barely fitted two people and had lots of road noise so very unpleasant to sit on. If you want a quiet balcony I’d ask for one overlooking the pool. It’s a shame they put people on these dark rooms with the road noise, at the side of the hotel when the hotel is clearly at such low occupancy and they have much nicer situated rooms. I believe this is a missed opportunity to entice people to revisit in low season.

Excellent resort with greenery landscaping, nice food, swimming pools and friendly staff. Starting from check in to check out all staff were friendly and welcoming. Lovely clean hotel, all staff friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, lovely and clean and had a nice view over the beach. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Staff at breakfast were fab, food choice was vast and there were diifferent changes each day to keep a variety. Plenty of choice of cooked, cerelas, fruit, breads and pastries, cold meats etc and nothing ever seemed to run out. Staff at the pool bar were good, drinks were certainly not lacking in alcohol! Never had an issue with getting a sunbed even when coming down later in the morning, and it was nice to have an adults only pool. We never ate at the hotel other than breakfast so cant comment on evening meals, food at the pool bar was nice and tasty though. The downsides we found were lack of music or some sort of entertainment of an evening as hotel very quiet and also due to location, there is nothing within walking distance such as bars or a town meaning taxis had to be used and these were quite expensive. The hotel is a lovely place for a relaxing holiday though and we would happily stay again
