The service person, Justin, was always smile and very helpful and very skillful about his work. Great location. Nice facilities.

We were able to check in early, but were sent to a room that was still occupied. The next room we were sent to was less than clean. Sheets appeared clean, bathroom…not so much. It was clear the shower walls and soap holders hadn’t been cleaned, the mirror had toothpaste splatters and sink was probably just wiped off with a damp towel. The first towel I picked up had a VERY large stain on it as well, as in easily twice the size of my head. A lone towel sat sadly in the hallway outside of the rooms the entire time we were there. The lone gal working was very nice, but also clearly unhappy with the new ownership and new housekeeping crew. Game room looked fun though!

My husband and I chose this hotel for our romantic get away for our 29th wedding anniversary. We arrived at 4 pm on Friday, January 12th, 2024. When got to our room it was freezing. The staff knowing of our arrival should have turned on the heat to warm up our room prior. Plus our refrigerator was cracked open and not turned on, again it to should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. I had requested a mountain view room and got two big trees outside of our room, not much of a mountain view at all. After we came back to the hotel from having dinner we thought we would go warm up in the hot tub, but when we got there there were icicles broken on the floor by a silver vent and ice all over it, and the hot tub was not hot but cold. So, we are ok we will go in sauna, which we find is out of service. The website did not show anything being out of service. We saw an employee(young black man) and mentioned to him we thought something was wrong with the hot tub because it was not hot and advised him of the icicles on vent too. He seemed agitated that we bothered him by the fireplace but he then told us they had to drain hot tub and put new water in, so it wont be ready until 8/9 pm. He also stated the icicles were basically normal on vent. There were no notifications up anywhere that hot tub was not ready to use. So off to our room to go to bed. We both slept horribly both nights we were there. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that our bodies ached & could not sleep.

Nice convenient property to visit Estes Park. I booked a package through ******* including flight and a double queen hotel room with a balcony. I was given a double queen room but with no balcony. This would’ve been fine if I hadn’t paid an upcharge specifically to have a balcony.

We have stayed her a few times before, so this review is just disappointing to write. It has never been a "great" hotel, but the price has always been great. We called and spoke with a few different people before our stay. My husband and I were both given different prices for the stay, so they told us to book through ******* for the best rate. They said we can just pay the pet fee upon arrival. They told us they would just charge us a 1 night pet fee, even though we were staying 2 nights. Ok, great! We book the room, get to the hotel, remind the clerk that we were told we would only be charged $50 instead of $100 for the pet fee, he said that was fine. We get to the room and see he actually charged us $100 but we let it go at the time because we knew it was refundable. The stay was terrible overall. The hot tub was filthy, the walls were paper thin, the bathtub was dirty, the pillow cases smelled like they hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS (we had to request fresh ones and those didn't smell much better), and our "heater" in the room stopped working halfway through the 2nd night. We get home and see they've only refunded us $30 of the $100 pet fee. I called and spoke with Conner twice now. He is very kind. He has explained what the fee is, even though it's not what we were told. I am expecting a call from him later today to get the $70 refunded once his manager gets in. He also told me leave a review here and he'll refund full amount of stay.

The good - cheap, location is good, room was clean, linens were clean. The not-so-good - even after "renovations" still feels run down, with stained/patched ceiling tiles in the bathroom, the shower itself was non-functional, the front desk was abandoned both at check-in and later in the evening, the climate control was either hot or cold, and nothing in between. The pool & hot tub area didn't look very appealing, so we avoided it. We have stayed here twice, but likely not again, even for the price, unfortunately. Hopefully, it becomes something more with the new management...

It's just a mile /- from the main hubub of Estes Park. The room was adequate. Clean for the most part except for the bath towels. Though clean in nature, one had what we believed was red nail polish on it. Or blood. But we'll stick with the first thought. Property was clean inside and out

There was some neighbors yelling in the hallway, having the door open they didn’t wanna sleep in. Plus there was plenty of rooms empty but they put us together in one little area to where we can hear those people chitchat from door-to-door and it’s not very it’s not acceptable..

Nice place. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Hotel is pet friendly. I love animals, but there were several dogs that barked all day and night long. When i spoke to the were awake but they were long term residents
