I’m terribly disappointed with my stay. I was there for R&R, however because of the horrible smell in the hallways, lack of security, and so much more..reasons for which I cannot explain, I want a full refund. I had a most terrible experience prior and never once did I get a response to my concerns and that’s even after I contacted the manager directly.

No hot water in the shower and bad city view. Furniture dirty and old wood. Tv too small. Carpet burned and dirty. Horrible experience never again

This hotel is separated from another hotel by a ******. You can no longer check in here, you have to physically go to the other hotel to check in and then go back. All vending machines for drinks on ground floor were empty, as well as the vending machine on our floor. Housekeeping came in to our room at 9:55 am while we were still in there to start cleaning.

I accidentally booked a smoking room in the tower and there were no non-smoking rooms left. The desk clerk was very helpful and offered to have them run an ozone machine in the room. It really didn’t smell too bad in the room although the hallway reeked. The tower is MUCH better than the ****** hotel which we stayed at a month or so ago. There are very few restaurants on site but we were there for a catered party and that food was very good.

Good location - parking is a little odd because you can't pull directly into the parking garage from the front but have to go around. Liked the fact that anything higher than the 2nd floor had to have a secured room key to get to those floors.

Really nice place to stay. Check in was fast and friendly. Room was great the beer prices were very good for a ******. The lady at the desk when checking out was pretty miserable though.

Very clean hotel. It was a very nice stay and i have no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend.

On the surface the place is really nice. I’m not saying I wouldn’t stay here again, but there were stains on the walls, furniture and debris under the furniture. It feels like the place was built in the 70’s not the 90’s. I would hope a little attention to detail and they can bring this place back to what I am sure it once was. Service though was awesome! The restaurant staff is attentive and my food was really good. I also think prices are very fair for a ****** property. If you are in the area I would make a stop and experience some real Hoosier hospitality.
