各方面都是一般般。

The owners are kind great people. Friendly staff. We have been staying for years. We come for work it is well priced and we do not ever have run in or problems with the city problems that surround the area. The owners and staff maintain safety on the property.

I called the office to make sure my payment got applied to a specific room since the 'reservation' was for a family member who was already staying there. The guy in the office was extremely rude. I said "I'm calling about my reservation." He said "Yeah, so what about it? What about it?!!" Before I could explain why I wanted to confirm since it was an odd situation, he said "You don't need to call, it comes thru automatically!!!!" & he hung up. When I drove into the parking lot the previous night to visit my family member, I saw a rat on the walkway outside the rooms.

From the outside, I questioned, once inside the room, I had nothing to complain about! Clean, quite.

the room had holes in the wall beverage stikes on the wall dust every where floor by sink was nasty dirty ,outlet by sink was out of the socket beds were terrible holes in them the microwave was rusty not very good choice of channels on tv no good internet connection we will not stay here again

It's more like transitional housing in an older motel. The location is convenient and a lot of walkable restaurants and grocery. The room was very worn and minimal maintenance. Very loud and lots of noise all night long.

The front desk couldn’t find my ******* reservation where already I paid. Had to call customer service to straighten out. No towels were provided in room. Font desk couldn’t find where clean towels were stored. Room was adequate but everything old/worn/outdated. Large amount of homeless people around the area. Next time I’ll spend the extra $ and stay somewhere much nicer.

Our room was filthy, and when we presented the front desk with this issue at checkout since we were only able to stay one night, I asked for a partial refund and they told us know because we didn’t tell them right when we got in the room. Mind you there is pizza crust and candy all over the floor and the room was just filthy anyway.

Convenient location for picking up a car from nearby dealer who warned me that this was a problem neighborhood. Had no trouble myself but Fred Myer across the road is getting a bad rap. I did notice that the security lock on the door to my room was missing the slider. Otherwise, I slept well, even overslept and missed breakfast.
