I always enjoy my stay here. I love how helpful the staff is and the rooms are always clean

The motel needs a little maintenance but the bathroom was truly handicap accessible which I was looking for. If you just need somewhere to shower and sleep it’s perfect. The staff was great.

Terrible front desk check in process took over 45 mins just to get checked in, then when i finally got checked it the key card did not work I had to go all the way back down to get access to my room and it was pouring rain and freezing cold. The front desk lady openly admitted to knowing she did not activate the key card and then said she figured we would be back. Terrible customer service and the room had no shower curtain and the shower was so dirty. Only thing was that the room was decent clean

Kelly is always cheerful and helps out with any questions or concerns, she has the customer is always right mindset. the property is clean, bright, and the best rates in the city. i could probably live here if i needed to, they have been a great spot to stay at for activities in the area, place to crash for the night, and even for any business trips when you just cant make it home in time, or need to be in the area for events or work. thank you motel 6 keep it up

Everything was good security dude was very cool. Only problem cockroaches and can hear everything from the other room.

TV was not working and called front desk but I didn’t get any help. I have to give a 100 deposit security, which I didn’t know. It looks like this place has a security issue also.

Check in took close to 20 minutes because the clerk was slow and did not seem to know how the system worked,then she assignrd a bad room with an old urine smell and a non functioning tv. To ginish off: security was baning on th foor of the neighbor at 3 AM to check how many people were on the room...

First off the lady at the front desk kept mumbling incoherently and i ask keep asking her to repeat herself and it took her 25 minutes just to figure how to get us checked in. There were tweakers outside our room assembling bikes. Never again.

Very impressed with the overnight security. My room did not have a tv. Front desk employee explained the cable was not working. I asked if that meant I would be stayng in the room without a tv. The front desk empoyee said I would. I told the gentleman that I prepaid for my roo, gave a deposit and expect to be in a room with everything the room is supposed to have including a tv. It was at that point that the gentleman offered to give me another room. The second room smelled like someone had a dog in the bathrom, namely the shower. I called the front desk and the gentleman asked me what I wanted him to do. I was surprised that I was not offered another room. At this point I am exhausted from travelling and told the gentleman that I would deal with the problem in the morning. In the morning I spoke with Arena (not sure of spelling) and asked to speak the manager, Arena asked me what was wrong When I explained about the dog smell in the shower, she immediately offered me another room. I moved to yet another room. That room also smelled like daog in the shower. i undersatnd Motel 6 is "pet-friendly", I should not be able to tell a pet has been in the room I would be staying in. I will be returning to Eerett next year and plan to stay longer, Motel 6 would not be on my list of places to stay if it were not for the awesome overnight security and the awesome customer service I received from Arena.
