By looking at the reviews, i thought this hotel would have been a bit more up to date and nicer. But it was very very old, popcorn ceiling, 70's couches. We had a balcony but no chairs, so what's the point. If you book a room that includes free breakfast, you must tell the lady in the lobby restaurant because she just wants to take your money. She didn't even ask if people had breakfast included in their stay, she would just bring them a check if they didn't say anything. She was robbing people of their money. and when we did eat our free breakfast, she would just keep watching us eat and see what we get from the breakfast bar. Very yucky feeling. A/C was not powerful in the bedroom, My fridge smelled disgustingggg! Sink in room would not drain properly. Things i liked were the big dresser in the bedrooms, Beds were nice, and bathroom was nice and clean. Overall, we did not have a great experience. I was expecting a much better experience due to the reviews i saw.

Reasonable prices and nice set-up in the rooms. Each of our two rooms has a bedroom and another room with couch and desk and TV. And the staff are wonderful. They helped so much with our booking and checking in, since we had two separate reservations and had to check in twice during our stay. Will come back!

The washer and dryer didn’t work and the front desk said they couldn’t help me so I ended up just going to Walmart to get pants for my kids. The bed had hair in it and stains on the sheets. On ******* it says the hotel offers breakfast but it’s a restaurant you have to pay for. Way over priced for the quality of the room.

People were great and friendly. Always wanting to help. Food was good. The only negative was the wall were thin, meaning you could hear the people in the hall and next room almost like they were sitting next to you.

It's hard to find an affordable room with 3 beds but this was it! We paid a great price (maybe due to renovations being done - possibly the pool which we didn't have time to use anyway) and had an amazing view of the gardens and pond. We were surprised that our room also had a balcony but we didn't have time to use it. We arrived after 11 pm and the hotel was very quiet. We were probably the noisy ones others may have complained about. Our room We liked that the sink was separate from the shower and toilet area so multiple people can get ready at the same time. My son also liked that the fold-out couch was in a separate room so he had his own space. Plus there were 4 generous pillows on each bed and an extra for the sofa bed. The blankets were adequately warm too - actual comforters, not just a lightweight coverlet. They also had a nice fuzzy blanket, which my son loved for the sofa bed. The HVAC system is very quiet so if you like white noise when you sleep, bring a small fan. The kitchenette area only had a fridge, sink, and coffee maker, so it's not set up for preparing food. There is cabinet space but they weren't stocked. We didn't have time to use the kitchenette so it didn't matter to us. The separate room for the toilet and shower is not sound insulated so everyone you are staying with can hear everything you do in there.

Everyone on staff was very helpful and accommodating. I truly had a pleasant stay and will return to see the renovations completed.

The heat was off in our room and it was 36 degrees outside. Maybe turn on the heat when that room is supposed to be occupied. The “lobby area” at check in was under construction but the staff was nice and doing their best.
