這回入住剛好要洗一下衣服，結果就兩套設備，洗個衣服要等一兩個小時，烘個衣服起碼要等三四個鐘頭，我估計一天也洗不了幾個顧客，設備效率太低了，沒有設備狀態遠程查看功能，自然也就不能訂閲洗完提醒，這誰有時間跑上跑下，難道隔一會兒下去看一下別人洗完沒有，坐那兒等也不是個事兒吧，然後便簽紙和筆都沒有一個，洗的人可以寫個便簽貼機器上嘛，下一個醒的人可以按照便簽處理空出機器，結果這也沒有。
最後實在等不了了，拿着濕衣服溜了

環境挺不錯的。定的商務雙床房，有個小沙發。但是沙發挪動後，沙發底下好點垃圾沒有清掃乾淨，衞生細節還需要再加強一點會更好。我是有續住的，做衞生的時候好像床單被套沒有更換，第二天住的時候，被套上看着有點臟，冬天靜電比較大，容易吸附毛絮。房間裏建議多放一份備用紙巾和捲紙，感覺不太夠用。
WIFI可以用，電視可以看，還可以免費停車，前台服務員態度很好。房間裏有空氣凈化器，如果有吸煙人士入住，還是很不錯的。

房間整體很新，屋內傢俱家電配置也都很智能。前台服務很到位，因為帶娃不能去一樓租借充電寶，特意讓同事把充電線送至房間，處理的很貼心，真正做到了滿意加驚喜:）

酒店是獨立樓棟，房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全完善，早餐還不錯，但是隔音稍有欠缺，二樓對着街的房間不是很安靜。
