This hotel is beyond overpriced. I thought it was going to be a luxory hotel stay with 5* service but it wasnt. The room is as bog standard is it comes. The ocean view was really a partial view. The room smelt bad, like damp and the shower was the most complicated thing to work and the shower head could never be worked, only the rain shower option was doable. Whats worse is the room we were given was above the end of the restaurant. The restaurant workers would smoke below our balcony and that would waft up to our balcony. Moreover, it was a birthday stay and not once did the hotel do anything to recognize the birthday. Other hotels I have stayed in, in the past, would always provide complimentary cake or dessert or treats for a birthday. This hotel did absoultely nothing, despitw being informed. I would love to know how they get away with charging 5* prices without the 5* service. Highly dissappointing. The corridoors also are not kept up to standard and finding random holes in the ground was common.

酒店真的挺舊了，大概是90年代的了吧；尤其是洗手間，馬桶一按就壞。 酒店地方不大，能玩的也不多。去的時候因為颳風，岸邊也沒什麼項目。定了個環島遊，結果好多地方因為大風都關了，奇怪的是，户外的關了可以理解，博物館這種的為什麼也關 酒店早餐和晚飯都很一般般 如果要入住主島，從性價比上來説還不如希爾頓

This will be my third stay in Tahiti. If you want to feel like your in Hawaii in Tahiti, this is your place. Its a nice place, dont get me wrong. However, its my least favorite out of the times ive been here.

Everything about this resort was over the top in quality! Their customer service was excellent, their meals were excellent, (I particularly enjoyed the pizza from the Tiki Bar menu, I do believe it was the best pizza, aside from homemade, I’ve ever eaten in my life) their breakfast buffet was excellent, their pools were excellent, the room we stayed in was excellent and the air conditioning always worked (I stayed in another resort in Tahiti that had serious air conditioning issues) the mattress was like sleeping on a memory foam and comfortable) the pillows were great (I usually expect a pillow to be to puffy causing neck pain but theirs conformed to fit your neck/head) the room was cleaned with perfection and smelled beautiful too.. I enjoyed their lagoon, however I do want to recommend wearing strap on sandals, the rocks and fragments of coral in the lagoon are sharp. We took the ferry over to Moorea for excursions. Overall compared to all, yes theirs is the place! It offers Tahitian tradition as well as modern technology. We will definitely be staying here again to visit as home base while exploring Tahiti and her other islands.

I will say this is definitely the most international hotel I have stayed at which is a GREAT thing. Such a wide range of guests and languages. We stayed here for one night before we headed out to Morrea and we stayed for the day before our red eye flight back to LA and it was perfect. Look, the hotel is of course a bit dated, but for our one day needs, the pool and view were spectacular. The brunch buffet was not very good BUT all the other food was great and the staff were ALL so friendly. The bed was comfy and it was great to hang for the day before our late night flight. Very pleased and thanks so much.

The rooms a/c is set/locked at a temp and you can’t make it cooler, we had to get a fan from front desk. For the price you should be able to be cool and lower temp

Had a great short stay here. Hotel was really responsive to us! Good place for a one night in Tahiti or if you choose to stay longer. We stayed as a one night with flight to Bora Bora next day. About 5 minutes taxi drive away from airport!

The resort was very nice, although a little run down. however I wasn’t happy that we were not able to control the thermostat, as we were able to at every other resort we stayed in Tahiti. The lowest temp we could set was 23 C, which is between 73 and 74 degrees. The best they could offer was a fan. Pool and restaurants were very nice and it’s 5 minutes from the airport. We were only there one night.

We stayed in a Motu Bungalow Suite overwater and it was spectacular exceeding our expectations. Modern with amazing view. Great lagoon for snorkeling as well as pool options. Friendly professional staff. Food was good quality but be prepared for extremely high prices for any dining. Clean and well located with a terrific atmosphere and setting. Loved our staff! Thank You
