This was my first time going to  Atlanta for a concert. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the customer service was great. The breakfast was good, well seasoned. It was only 12 min from the airport and from the venue of the concert.

Katarina at the best Western was absolutely amazing. She was super helpful and friendly and accommodated us in every way. The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect since we attended the Georgia Renaissance fair. The breakfast was very good as well. We definitely will be coming back every year.

酒店位置很好，就在高速路口，離亞特蘭大機場十幾分鍾車程。酒店房間寬敞，也很乾凈，設施也比較齊全，早餐不算很豐富但也還行。

About the only good thing this hotel has going for it is the staff. They are all very nice and pleasant to work with. The rooms have a very strong smell. I’m not sure if it’s the cleaning products that are used but it is not a “clean” smell, it was very chemically, and it didn’t go away in the two nights we stayed. The water pressure in the shower is sinfully low, our bathroom sink was slow draining from the moment we got there. The duvet was thin and when we asked for more blankets they gave us a sheet. We also asked for an additional pillow since there were only three on the bed and the front desk said they didn’t have any. Zero extra pillows in the whole hotel? The continental breakfast would have been nice, but the food was cold despite it all sitting on heaters. It’s cheap if you’re trying to save a buck, but there are other cheap hotels in the same area that we’ve had better experiences at. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

The breakfast was fine. Air conditioning was great. We had problems with our toilet, but other than that.It was a great stay

Breakfast staff were so welcoming & helpful. Food selection was varied and tasty. Only complaint on 2nd floor was room above that for hours had a child running & jumping on floor which we heard. Otherwise room was quiet and comfy.

Clean room. Free breakfast and parking. Limited staff but friendly and helpful. Both nights heard people running around close to midnight. Hotel was fine, but probably wouldn’t stay here again with other nearby hotel options that might offer more amenities. But it was a good stay overall and good rates.

First, I want to start with our check in, Mrs. Valerie was so pleasant in her welcoming us in and she answered any and all of our question. The room cleanliness was an A+ the bed was comfy, bath water was HOT loved it ..... OH MY GOODNESS when we went down for breakfast Mrs. Dee was so sweet and catered to everyone needs she should have a re staurant with those special eggs,WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE BREAKFAST 💯👏👏.Mr. Leon maintance guy was a hoot loved his personality. THE GM Mrs.Melissa didn't miss a beat with interacting with the guess she made my Husband and I feel like shes known us for ever .The next time we're in Fairburn we will DIFFENTLY STAY HERE !!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONE BEST WE'VE HAD 💯👏👏👏
