After many year of staying at Hampton’s, this was the first bad experience. We woke up to no hot water in the hotel Saturday morning, went on for 24 hours-no apologies, no offer to refund any part of the stay. The only time when I asked at 8:30pm what they could do they offered for us to pack up and move to another hotel 12 miles away. Front desk staff didn’t even make eye contact, very poor customer service. Our rooms were not serviced at all during our stay either. Just an overall poor experience.
