We were there for a 3 day volleyball tournament in Cleveland. Everything was close and within a 10-15 minute drive. Lots of options for shopping and dining in the area. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Time frame for breakfast was perfect for us. Laundry and fitness room were together in the same area also. This was very convenient and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. We definitely got our money’s worth. Great place.

I was disappointed that the room I expected wasn’t a suite. I was told they are reserved for families who homes were destroyed by a fire. Although no families were not misplaced by that tragedy my expected room “ was not a obtion”

Desk staff not visible or available, I had to use the lobby phone to call the desk phone so I could check in. We had to go to the desk for towels and toilet paper for a 2 day stay. Was informed that maid service was not available daily for multi day stays only when one checks out. ? I could not adjust the heat lower in the room due to presets. Had to run the a/c to get the temperature down enough to sleep. Queen beds seemed to be the double size beds. Pillows smell like sweaty heads. Yuk. Won’t be back

Smooth and easy checkin and out. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean. Requested extra towels and pillows. No extra pillows available unfortunately. Amenities in room were great for the weekend stay. Pool was nice and breakfast was one of the best complementary we’ve had at a hotel stay.

We've stayed at this hotel on a number of different trips and this was our least pleasant experience by far. It just feels like the cleanliness and amenities are going down-hill, while the price keeps going up. The bed was small (barely a Queen), creaky and uncomfortable. We had to ask for basics, like a bath mat, kleenex, toilet paper, and towels for 2 people. The room smelled musty and we found random hairs in the bathroom and stains on the walls. I didn't even want to walk on the floors in my socks -- and certainly not bare feet. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again.

Accommodating and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, loved the well-appointed kitchen!

The food was great, the room was comfortable and the pool was Salt water, it could have been a little cooler but overall good. Wish there was towels at the pool.

It was a very nice hotel, my complaint was that they didn’t have any wash cloths or shower gel.

The hotel itself is fine - it's what you'd expect for the brand and the price point. The problem was that a prior guest had smoked excessively in my room, and the hotel's response was to bathe the room in air freshener, so the room REEKED of cigarettes and a horrible chemical smell throughout my entire stay. The air was so thick with that rank smell, it was like hitting a wall when I opened the door, and the windows don't open, so I couldn't air it out. The staff would neither give me another room (they claimed they were fully booked) nor let me cancel the rest of my reservation, so I was stuck there for four days. It literally made me sick. I was blowing out black snot all week and everything I brought with me - including not just my clothes but also my luggage, my jacket, etc., reeks of cigarettes and air freshener and will have to be washed/dry cleaned. Here's my problem – you can’t get rid of smoke by pouring chemical fragrance over it; you actually have to get rid of the smoke. The room should have been aired out and the carpets, curtains, bedspread, pillows, etc., WASHED. They should never have rented that room until the problem was resolved, and certainly they should have let me out of my reservation if they couldn’t move me. It’s bad policy.
