スカンディック ルングネット(Scandic Lugnet)

The hotel does not have AC so our room and the others in the party were around 25 degrees in May, you live here in June-Aug so expect 28+ in the room, we also tested having the window open and closed with the same result, there was a table fan we found in the cupboard the next night which made it "a little" better. Otherwise, we are satisfied overall!

Desk staff is incredibly helpful and courteous with all kinds of things. All spaces were very clean and inviting, comfortable. Rooms were quiet - barely could hear someone above me but not frequently. The handicap rooms are VERY well designed and accessible. Breakfast was so good and a relaxing atmosphere for enjoying a long breakfast with friends. Within walking to grocery and also to downtown - even can walk to train if you had to, but easy bus and taxi if you need it. Closest hotel to ski venue. So enjoyed our stay!

Great location near all the activitycenters. Beautiful nature and surrondings. The room was just renovated with high standard. Lovely staff. We really enjoyed our stay and can highley recommened this hotel if you’re wisiting Falun.

The staff is really nice and helpful. Seems like the rooms are newly renovated.They are small and compact but have everything. Breakfast very good and has everything. Scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruit, different types of bread

Everything as described. The pool is small, the sauna was out of order. Good breakfast. We would come again.

Stayed with family and had an extra bed in the room. So room felt cramped and the shower had hardly any water pressure so do NOT wash you hair - as it takes forever to rinse out the shampoo!! Very dated room interior.

My stay at Scandic Hotel Lugnet was just excellent the cleaning tip top and the breakfest ten points. The location can a not say anything bad about it was 10-15 minutes Walk to Downtown and all the pubs and stores.

I stayed a night at Scandic Lugnet during March 2023. The hotel is rather worn down. I would describe the room as underwhelming. The bed was okay, but under it a found something that looked like a part of a cookie... not the first thing you want to find when you enter the room after checking in. It was my friend who made the reservation, so I did not know anything about Falun or the hotel beforehand.

The first impression was not good. The receptionist were not friendly at all. They didn’t tell that we had to have a ticket in our window of our car. They didn’t clean the rooms without we asked them to and when we did they just cleaned and not making the bed The only thing that we were really satisfied with, was the breakfast except for the selection off coffee, like you couldn’t get an espresso or cappuccino even though there was a barista machine in the restaurant.
