Excellent location, breakfast very good. Spa area nice too. Only snag is that we requested ice to our room , they told us that they would to chargeable.

In this period of the year, the HVAC is set on heating, which means it is impossible to cool down the room temperature. You better close the curtains during the day and open the window in the evening and the night. Pray to have wind so that mosquitos are not flying, or be prepared to be either attacked or unable to sleep in an overheated room

I ordered a mixed breakfast and the service was fast and nice. Breakfast options were quite sufficient and delicious. The pan-fried egg was overcooked, but overall I liked the breakfast here. I definitely recommend you to visit this hotel and have a holiday…

The restaurant is located within Arkın Palm Beach, and it is my favorite place with its captivating sea and sunset views. It is a place I almost go to every day, thanks to its affordable prices, which create a warm atmosphere due to the attitude and behavior of the waiters. Because of the location of the building, the restaurant has different beauties at every hour of the day.

Went to the spa for a massage. So disappointed. They made me pay before I’d had the service, which I thought was odd - It felt as though they expected me to leave without paying 🤷‍♀️. The room I was in was right next to reception. As a result, my relaxing treatment was anything but as I spent the whole time hearing the people in the reception area (including customers) talking and laughing loudly and playing loud videos on their phones. Not conducive to an expected quiet and relaxing time in a spa. Either don’t use that treatment room, or act accordingly in the spa. So unprofessional.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I experienced a smooth check-in process and was pleased with my room's sea view. I had pre-booked a room that included breakfast, which was delicious. I also had the opportunity to use the spa facilities, including the swimming pool and steam room. I made a mistake by booking a massage; the rooms are nicely designed; however, the loud noise coming from outside the room from the reception area (a metre or so away) was unbearable! The phone rang many times, and the man answering the calls talked very loudly. Many gym users were arriving and making lots of noise, and I could hear the music coming from the gym. Plus, the room was very cold, and the masseurs' hands and the oil were cold. When I passed my comments to the man at reception, he told me there was nothing he could do about it, and that was the end of that. Although the massage itself was nice, due to the location of the cold rooms being in the hallway of a very noisy area, I do not recommend you book and pay for a noisy, cold massage. Please save your money and search elsewhere.

Just had a two day stay at the Arkin Palm Beach on half board basis. Sea view room had all the facilities needed but a little on the small side, furniture ready for refurbishment. Shower excellent. Restaurant disappointing, breakfast choice ok but cold food on the buffet. Evening meal buffet style very poor, little choice and all hot dishes were cold, overall not what I would have expected. The cocktails and the bar service were the best experience but then we were paying extra for these so they should be good. Not on any occasion even on checking out were we asked if everything was ok. Overall we visited for a birthday but felt the food and service should have been much better.

Very beautiful hotel with sea view. My little daughter and I had a great time in this hotel. The food was very delicious. The staff were friendly and kind. My daughter used to go to the mini club every day to play. The staff were kind and friendly and I am very grateful to them. I hope. Come next year

We were allocated this hotel as part of our RSD tour for our relaxing week. What a place. Has it's own sandy private beach with loads of sunbeds which are cleaned, as is the beach, everyday.Beach towels are provided. Has an outside and indoor pool, again towels provided. No problem getting sunbeds . Had a spa with sauna and steam room plus exercise equipment . I missed out on massage as left if too late to book - lots of others said they were amazing and very reasonably priced. Food was excellent we were all inclusive so local drinks included- all very good unlike other places we've visited. So much food and variety and quality again fantastic. Staff amazing, very attentive, friendly and lots of them. Location excellent - 10 min walk into old town area of Famagusta and right next door to the ghost town of Varosha which is well worth a visit. Can't find fault highly recommended
