If you need a kitchen area for your stay then this hotel fits the bill. Read the instructions that are given to you on arrival though as if you are responsible for setting off the fire alarm, it could cost you dear. We chose to have breakfast in the hotel. It’s adequate without being great. The location is good with access to trams very close to the front door of the hotel. We were never bothered by noise. The bed, even though it can be folded away was a good. Neither my wife or I had any problems sleeping. The only gripe I have is the 50euro deposit we were asked to pay on arrival, 22/04/24, which has still not been refunded to my account even though we checked out 26/04/24. This delay in returning deposits is poor really and does not reflect well on a business…

ウィーン中央駅のそばにあるので移動等はとても便利です。ノボテル系列なので部屋の清潔感や充実度はとても良かったです。またスタッフも親切でした。ただ東ヨーロッパのホテルも基本歯ブラシやコンディショナー的な物は無いので持参を勧めます。

Staying here now. A great location for touring the city. Metro station U1 (REDLINE) right outside hotel on the right and close to shopping area and museums, aquarium and street food/ market street. Kids friendly hotel (play room for little kids, not for 4 years old upwards). Staff not too friendly but I think this is due to busy period of the year & no time to carter to non-urgent matters. But if you manager to track down a staff & ask for help, it happens quickly. Clean lobby - water available for guest, coffee, tea, small lobby though, could run into people easily if crowded. Breakfast - good, clean, outside Terrence was open so good space. But a bit crowded by 8-9 am. Food variation, lots of different things and great for people who do not eat pork. Rooms -modern, clean, updated furniture. Pray it stays this way compare to past reviews 2019, 2020. Could be bit more dust-up; but hey its summer so open windows / dust is normal. TV very great size & distance from bed. Mini-bar / kitchen yay :-) kids were happy. Beds - very comfortable, sheets smells very clean, pillow- fluffy and smells clean fresh & new. No dirt under bed. I checked. Bathroom - oh I am surprised, cleaned , no mold on the bathroom tub, or shower area. I must say this was amazing. VERY CLEAN BATHROOM. Halls from Elevator - clean surprisingly no stains, no trash cans (thank goodness) and not smelling, it was very airy and spacious for tolling baggages back & forth. Elevator not dirty, mirrors / steel very clean. Windows big with lights, no balcony. Curtains very clean a bit dusty again. Overall I kept looking for something, but this time I have no major complain then perhaps friendier staff will be a bonus, but hey o one should stop your happiness. I would come again and recommend this hotel to my families and friends. Cheers, SCH DK

6月に4泊しました。リンクに面していますが入り口は美術史美術館側です。地下鉄カールスプラッツ駅のOPER出口から歩いて3分トラムのoper駅とburgring駅の中間にあり観光にはとても便利な立地です。 予約時にツインルームでバスタブ付きをリクエストしましたが希望通りの部屋でした。チェックインはパスポートを渡すだけでとてもスムーズ、14時前にホテルに到着しましたが直ぐに部屋に入ることができました。部屋は40㎡ありテーブル椅子が二ヶ所、ソファー２脚にベッドエンドにカウチがありとても使いやすい部屋です。バスルームは猫足バスタブに洗面台とトイレ、仕切られたシャワーブースがあります。 朝食は７時からのバフェで8時くらいまではあまり混んでいません。 メニューはその場で調理してくれる*料理、暖かいメニュー、サラダフルーツ、各種チーズにハムとなかなか豊富ですが毎日同じメニューです。 朝食後にはマリアテレジア広場やブルク公園等お散歩コースも豊富です。 部屋のクリーニングが早く来ることがあり一度8時半頃に来ました。バスタオルが１枚しか無いことがあり電話をしたらサービスのミネラルウォーターを持って直ぐに来てくれましたが、翌日にはバスマットがありませんでした。ミネラルウォーターは毎日1本補充してくれますが瓶なので持ち歩くにはペットボトル等が必要です。 ホテルのスタッフはとても明るく親切でとても快適な時間を過ごすことができました。

このような部屋に初めて泊まったとき、大きなベッドはドアに面していました。ドアに出入りするプライバシーはありませんでした。ウェイターは毎日午後5時に時間通りにサービスを提供したいかどうか尋ねました。ドアをノックするのをやめる前に、トレーニング方法がわかりません。ホテルのプールとジムは地下にあり、朝食の質とサービスはとても良く、全体的な経験は私たちが泊まったリッツリーに失望しています。ただし、ホテルはゴールデンホールと国立劇場から徒歩500メートル以内にあり、非常に便利です。

場所は非常によく、サービスは非常によく、荷物スタッフは部屋に荷物を迅速に配達します。部屋には、ミネラルウォーターの大きなボトルが毎日提供されます。夕方のフライトのため、フロントデスクはレイトチェックアウトを提供できませんが、ゲストは着替えのためにジムのロッカーキーを提供できます。またはシャワー。食事や買い物、コンサート博物館へ行くのに特に便利です。

ヒルトン ウォーターフロントは全体的に気に入りましたが、良い点と改善点がいくつかあります。 - メイン レセプションのレオンとマリアは本当に優秀で素晴らしいです。ゲストの世話をするためにあらゆることをし、最善を尽くしています。ヒルトンの経営陣は、彼らの素晴らしい仕事に報いるべきです。 - エグゼクティブ ラウンジのナターシャも仕事がとても上手です。彼女は細かい点まで気を配り、すべてのゲストがきちんと世話されるようにしています。彼女は素晴らしいので、ヒルトンの経営陣は彼女の良い仕事に注目してください。 - 全体的にヒルトン ウォーターフロントは水の問題があり、非常に熱い水が出るか非常に冷たい水が出るかのどちらかで、簡単には直せません。改善してください。 - 部屋の電話、サウナ エリアのロッカーなど、多くのものが機能せず、すべてがスムーズに行われるように定期的に誰かがチェックする必要があります。 全体的に気に入りました。上記の人々のおかげで、私たちは滞在を楽しみ、どんな問題も気にしませんでした。

3年振り 数回目の滞在です。ウイーンで時間的に余裕のある旅程の場合、或いはオッタクリング駅からホテル行きの路線バス(Bus46)沿線での夜のシュランメルコンサートを聴く際に気に入っています。 路線バスはどんどん坂道を上って行き、最も高い位置にバス停&ホテルがあります。 ウイーン旧市内からは少し遠いですが、大きくて立派な外観、静かでゆったりとした客室、ゴージャス感のある朝食付きを考えると とてもリーズナブルだと思います。 【客室】前回はメゾネットタイプの客室に泊まり、階上のベッドルームへ行くのに階段を上り下りするのが煩わしかった記憶があるので、今回は(メゾネットでない)一般的な客室を頼みました。これならテレビを見ながらベッドの上でインターネットで調べものをすることができます。今回の客室は、夜 窓から、遠く眼下に山麓のウイーンの街の灯りが見え綺麗でした。 バスルームはシャワー仕様。このホテルではまだバスタブ付きの部屋に当たったことはありません。もしバスタブ付きならシュロス(お城)ホテルのゴージャス感がもっと実感できたかと思います。 【スタッフ】今回は特に朝食ルーム担当のウエイターの青年がとても感じ良かったです。正式なホテル観光学校で給仕を学んだと思われる身のこなし…爽やかな朝の挨拶、こちらが着席して落ちついてから席までルーム番号を訊きにきてくれる等…対応が完璧でした。 チェックアウトの際のスタッフ女性は、こちらがドイツ語で話しているのに、ビジネスライクに英語で説明し始めました。私の下手なドイツ語レベルに合わせてゆっくり目のドイツ語で話していただければ嬉しかったですし、或いは「英語とドイツ語どちらが良いですか？」と訊いて頂ければ良かったと思います。

ホテルの外は美しく、小さな緑のエリアと小さな水の流れがあります。 ホテルの部屋は家具の最新ではありませんが、テレビから金庫までです。 私は満足していますが、他のマリオットホテルを知っています。

Pillows were too soft but as I went solo I used both of themGenerally this was a good stay as my room was a decent size clean and almost instant hot water one gripe is that they should supply a free bottle of water for the first day They do supply one in the mini bar but is more than 3.50 Euro Lidle 3 minute walk away is 27cents there was a problem with the key card entry system for the 3 out of the 4 days I stayed, the reception staff had to come and open the door every time you wanted to go to your room. The management would not let anyone check in before 3pm and without the key cards the queues were very long at reception even though the staff were super friendly it was very annoying as at times I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to go in my room. While the cards were in operative they should have let people check in as they arrived subject to room availability as it would have eased the congestion They did offer 1 drink for the 3 days of trouble The breakfast was decent and with good spread Shame the management did not put an extra staff for the period the key was not working, otherwise it was a good hotel to stay in
