I booked king bed room but they made two twin beds as king bed which was uncomfortable. They made very interesting bathroom design which was not suitable for many people especially for elderly ones .
We stayed here for two nights, me my husband and 13 year old daughter. We had a family room on the second floor. I booked this hotel due to its location, low price and good reviews. We have stayed in a couple of Ibis Budget hotels in France and Spain, this one here in Tbilisi is the best one we have stayed in. Excellent location near the metro, main shopping street and tourist sights. Friendly, efficient staff who speak perfect English. Our room had a double bed and two single beds that can be folded away into cupboards, it wasn’t large but fine if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Obviously this is a very basic hotel, no fridge or safe in the room, but the telly had some English channels and the shower in the bathroom was fine. The bed was firm but ok. The air conditioning and the WiFi work well. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on whether it’s any good or not. There are several decent restaurants and bars close by (we especially liked the quirky little craft beer bar round the corner on the main street) and a Spar for groceries and a kiosk selling local pastries. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and we liked it here so much we have booked it again for later in our Georgia trip. Our favourite thing about this hotel is that although it’s very central, it is on a side street so it’s not noisy. Our previous accommodation was super loud, so coming here to a cool, dark, silent room was bliss. The best sleep ever! Thank you!
Очень презентабельный отель с визуальной точки зрения. К сожалению, это тот случай, когда отсутствие сервиса и доброжелательности портит абсолютно все. Была во многих странах с отелями подобного концепта, это совершенно другой уровень. Не доброжелательны, не гостеприимны. Нет гибкости к клиентам. По воле случая нам бронировала тур фирма, в следующий раз обязательно сделаем это сами, и в более душевном месте. Если отель претендует на звание отеля высокого класса, то предстоит огромная работа с менеджментом, людьми и сервисом. Жаль, видно, что проект дорогостоящий.
