Feel safe and comfortable live here. Room is very spacious. It is good location near by a lot of food, like smoothie king, seven 11 The sheet can be more clean, there was some yellow ink, no idea what is that.

Hotel is nice, however the facility is dated and could use a renovation. It is not as clean as it should be.

I did a 3 because of the rate or it would have been lower. We stayed here because other people we were traveling with stayed her or we would not have. The key area to get in was pretty much hanging off and most of the rooms entry areas had some sort of issue with tape or something else. The sink was clogged, there was hair in the bathroom area, it was a noisy area at night, and the elevator was broken.

Property is outdated. Overwhelming smell of **** in hallways. Dead roach in tub. Leftover food in fridge.

The rooms were dirty, fixtures were broken, and the breakfast was horrible (cold slimly sausage and undercooked prepackaged eggs). The staff was actually very nice and as accommodating as they could be given the circumstances of the property.

Good: Staff was nice and bed was comfortable. Not Good: The shower water was not hot enough and the breakfast (eggs bacon and sausage) were inedible. The coffee creamer appeared to be outdated.

We booked for two nights but only stayed one. Desk staff was polite and courteous and refunded our payment for second night without a hassle. We booked a handicap accessible room because we need it. After moving in and getting settled in our door lock quit working. Desk clerk programed new keys but still didn't work, so we had to change rooms. (no maintenance person on duty at 4 pm on friday) Our new room was not accessible, smaller and had several problems. The bathroom door would not latch. Drain plug missing from bath tub. Huge rust stains in bath tub. The exit door at the end of the hall (10 feet away from our door) was broken and would not latch or even close all the way. 5 stars to the desk staff who tried to be helpful. Minus 5 stars to owners of the property who have failed to maintain what could be a nice hotel. Breakfast bar was not the best, but okay, but the breakfast room was too small for the size of the hotel and the number of guests. Breakfast was crowded and noisy.

Needed extra bedding after a spill and front desk made me come and get it. All they had was a sheet and blanket.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED AND CARED FOR BETTER-BETWEEN MOLD AND RUST IT'S SOON TO BE A HEALTH HAZARD
