In one word - Pathetic!! As I was travelling from Phoenix throughout the day, I checked in around 9 pm local time. After some time got to know that the water was clogging in the commode. I called in to reception and asked them to check. Got the reply that they were checking with their maintenance team. After almost 30 mins (around 10 pm), I went to reception desk and asked about the same. Got a reply that since maintenance team was not available around that time, they couldn't help me. So, I asked to change the room for which I got an answer that there was no vacant rooms available that time. I asked what I could do in such situation as problem was serious one. The person at reception cold bloodly replied that since my room was booked by third party ( in this case Trip.com) I was supposed to check with you guys.. What the heck??? That really made me frustrated as I had travelled for complete day and wanted it test just for few hrs with good amenities in my room but got such pathetic response from the hotel management. Finally I literally debated with her after which she checked with her manager (or she told me that) and I got different room. Hi Trip.com team - Please look into this and never show such pathetic hotels in your search. I am really pissed off.

I stayed here in July and it was not listed on the website that the hot tub and pool was not in service, I booked again in Dec and to my surprised it still was not in service.

Very clean and quiet even with every room sold out on a Friday night! Up to date and modern decor. Staff very helpful and professional.

The pool and even the laundry room weren’t available, yet charged a large amount for our stay. We couldn’t even use our patio area because of people working outside our door.

A good environment. My family had a great stay and everything was a comfortable stay.

Property was nice but that was all, pool was closed, not service that Marriott is known for, had to ask for wifi password, little information from front desk at check in and out, not worth the money for one night. There was no fan in the restroom, tiny refrigerator, no comp breakfast and had to pay for meals plus adult refreshments.

It was clean and safe. The grounds were clean and quiet. There was plenty parking places and two restaurants close by.

This is a very nice place. I do not usually get this nice a facility at my price point. large rooms, and very comfortable beds and bathrooms for seniors like me.
