Lovely little spa hotel. Had the best massage and facial. So relaxing. Every member of staff I encountered were lovely and helpful. Nice little breakfast in the morning.

We stayed for an evening, the facilities are nice, definitely needs more beds around the pool. The treatments were amazing and fantastic value which I highly recommend. It’s more an older couples retreat than for kids and thankfully we were an older couple.

Comfortable well appointed room. Has grown to quite a large hotel but retains a feeling of a small country house particularly in the old building. Nice pool & sauna facilities. Good breakfast included.

As always our welcome was warm, friendly and very professional. The rooms were ready, clean, warm and very comfortable. Service throughout was attentive, friendly and professional. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel in quiet location, great spa facilities and lovely restaurant. Room was very warm and not great sound proofing, we could clearly hear the guests in the next room using the loo which they did regularly throughout the night so we didn’t get a good nights sleep. No Prosecco in the restaurant which would have been very disappointing however it prompted me to try English sparkling wine which I never would have tried and it was delicious!! All in all a very pleasant stay and we will definitely return.

My friends and I had the most amazing stay in the Ashby suite room was luxurious everything you need to have a girls night in spa was amazing treatments so relaxing staff so friendly and helpful can not give enough praise thank you to all the staff

I think I was a bit unlucky. Lovely hotel and staff were very lovely. My room had flaking paint and no air con. I also had kitchen fans outside my window. The pool area was great although there was a few glasses left around the seating area, real shame because it’s lovely
