リゾート イル ムリーノ(Resort Il Mulino)

We stayed here 3 nights. They have a great service where you can rent e bikes. However, we arrived Thursday evening and asked if we could book them for Saturday. We were told by reception we could only book the night before. So Friday night we go down around 6:30pm to book for the Saturday. They gave us keys straight away and we used the bikes on the Saturday and dropped them back around 6pm. So when we went to pay they have totally ripped us off and are charging us for 2 days full rental! The reception lady is giving us some nonsense story about how she can’t help and needs to ring the director. We wanted to pay Sat evening as we need to leave early Sunday and are now being messed about and have to try get up early to sort this out. Beware.

Resort il Mulino is rated with 3 stats on ***********. What hoppened? This Hotel is much better than most 4 stat hotels in Italy. This resort is perfect for both families and couples. (all ages) Favignana is a small island so don’t be afraid of the distance to the city center. There is a 1 minute walk to the Coop market, and further 2 minutes to the harbour. In between you find the lovely authentic town with the main street and the two main piazzas. Il Mulino is a new resort with beautiful arcitecture. It is so tasteful and rare. To find this is between old worn out hotels at this price is unbelieveble. The rooms, suites and appt is delicat and spacious. It’s got equipped kitchens, seaview, balconys and terraces. In the middel of this oasis you find the swimmingpool which is lovely after a day on one of the islands many beaches. (Open from 11-11🤩) The breakfast is great, but it could be even better. They serve scrambled eggs and bacon, different types of mest snd cheese, and of course the rest you expect at an Italian breakfast buffet. The hotel lacks sunbeds, sobthe fight for the few can be hard. Next year I expect that to be fixed ad they are preparing a rooftop terrace with sunbeds and the most amazing seaview. The resort has electric bikes for rent There is a parking garage but in Favignana you don’t need a car. There is a gym and there is a spa. The combination of location, swimmingpool, architecture and the spacious nice styled rooms is flawless. This is the place to stay in Favignana.

I really enjoyed my stay at the resort, the staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were nice and comfortable, breakfast by the pool in the morning , Prosecco in the evening, couldnt ask for more, hope to go back again in May, also to see this beautiful island again, special thanks to the girls at the resort Elisa and Loredana, very helpful people. Great central location. Fantastic air con. They were the 2 good things. Our room had zero privacy. Shower flooded bathroom, they fixed it quickly but then didn’t replace the towels we’d used to mop up. All the hotels we’ve stayed in Sicily we’ve adored, this one was a bit disappointing. Pool is much smaller than in photos and no Sun loungers or anything like that to relax, just tables and chairs by pool

Struttura da sogno, personale molto gentile e professionale. Colazione, aperitivo e drink eccezionali. Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

Location perfetta in centro, con noleggio bici interno. Zona colazione a bordo piscina bellissima, personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Ottimo il servizio post check out con spogliatoio e doccia a disposizione prima della partenza. Camere moderne e pulite, la nostra che affacciava sulla piscina aveva la porta a vetri ma non la finestra, questa è stata l’unica pecca.

È stata una bellissima vacanza in questa struttura davvero confortevole,pulita,a due passi dal centro. Colazione abbondante e per tutti i gusti a bordo di una graziosa piscina Staff disponibile, abbiamo noleggiato bici elettriche (mezzo comodissimo per muoversi sull'isola) Spero di poter ritornare in questa splendida isola e soggiornare di nuovo in questa struttura che ci ha decisamente soddisfatto.
