この宿の店主が本当に素晴らしかったです。翻訳アプリで中国語から日本語に翻訳して対応してくれました。とても温かい接客で、鳳凰古城での滞在が忘れられないものになりました。宿は、川に面していないけど、雪橋まで歩いて1分。宿の部屋はモダンで快適でした。

Modern finishes in a stylish room. The hotel lobby though is not as advertised and is just a room at the back of a makeup parlor. Check out was supposed to be 2pm, but we were told to leave by 12pm.

Owner was super friendly, arranged pick up service for us, and explained how to tour around the town. Room was rather dark (pic attached was taken at 12pm) and not many sockets in the room. Do note that the reception area doesn't look like how it is online, they have transformed that floor into a store for costume rental.

Room was small but OK in comfort. Cleanliness a bit dubious, especially the toilet. No in house breakfast was served because it was off season, but the owner arranged for us to have breakfast at a very nice local eatery instead. Also helped us with us luggage when we were headed to the maglev station 10 minutes away by foot. Location is good for sightseeing as it is away from the busiest parts of town while still near the river, but quite hard to locate when you first arrive.

The hotel is very close to the bridge just walk 5 mins. Good location to walk around the ancient city and along the river. The service is superb. You need to contact hotel in advance as they need to meet you at the parking lot and bring you the hotel. The breakfast is at the restaurant nearby (local chinese style). The noodle soup is very delicious. Special thanks to Xiao Hong and Ar Ming for very nice hospitality. As there is no Didi in Fenghuang, they helped us to book the car to the airport and made sure that we arrived at the airport safely. Although they speak very limit English, we can communicate with WeChat. The ancient city view at night is very beautiful but also very crowded with people dressed in the ancient costume and taking pictures everywhere. It was difficult to walk and enjoy the night view as it is a bit noisy because of the people and music from bars along the river. Day time is more peaceful to walk around.

This was one of the nicest, if not nicest, hotel owner I have encountered. So friendly and helpful with everything. On top of that, the rooms are lovely and very comfortable and warm. Bed is nice and the bathroom was luxurious. I would very much recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would stay there again, should I visit.

十一很開心入住這家民宿，衝著服務來的。老闆提前一天主動與我們聯繫，告知停車場訊息，當天提早在停車場等我們，幫忙拿行李，帶我們去民宿，給我們做介紹，有問題都能得到及時答覆，推薦的飯店性價比高，推薦的遊船不錯的，全家都很喜歡！早餐是包含的，很好吃的粉，大滿足！停車費也報銷！第二天走的時候也幫忙拿行李，送到停車場。整個過程很愉快，很有禮貌，有求必應！房間和大堂的裝修也是我非常喜歡的風格，真的很不錯！真的比起其他民宿，真的是更清雅～位置也極好！最熱鬧的地方！後會有期～

國慶 700 多一晚，看了一下平常也要 400 多，這個性價比太低了吧😂 衞生： 1. 衞生間淋浴房裡麪，放沐浴露的地方，還有當時裝修殘留的灰，腳踩的地面，衹有經常沖水的地方是粗糙的，其餘部分的地面磚是滑的且有污垢，像是很久沒有深度清潔了設施： 1. 沒仔細看還真沒注意，進了客房才發現沒有電視； 2. 而且洗手間和客廳雖然隔開了但沒有門，導致家人洗澡或者上廁所的時候都要回避，因為配的門簾是接近透明的，不能完全擋住裏面的情況； 3. 馬桶蓋經常人坐在上面會自動關，而且馬桶蓋都是黃色污垢，看着太鬧心了 4.窗户和門，以及房間的構造一點也不隔音，雖然店家説裝了雙層玻璃，我也確實看到了有，但是不管是外面還是酒店裡麪的走廊上，説話都聽得清清楚楚😵💫 服務： 1. 服務的話還可以，店家老闆會到我們磁浮下站或者景區大巴車下站接我們，但沒有“別的酒店的那種去高鐵站接送服務” 2.早餐是外包的，會帶我們去那個店裡，想吃什麼隨便點，有牛肉和牛仔米粉是特色，還有豆漿（不夠濃），油條還不錯，小籠包是買的速凍的

ホテルからの返信: 您説的衞生間，我們房間在裝修的時候是三間打成兩間，衞生間在整個古城空間也是絕對排的上名次的，衞生間是乾濕分離的，都有隔斷玻璃，您説的簾子，是磨砂質地，為了美觀又實用，特地選了這款又美觀又實用性的簾子，不知道怎麼在您的嘴裏就成了擋不住裏面情況，我們的自能馬桶是不需要用手去操作的，衹需要腳晃一下馬桶蓋就開了，在您入住之前您住的這邊房，因為馬桶蓋壞了特地找師傅換了新的所以不存在您説的這些問題，大姐，您住的是古城核心地段，出門就是江邊，又是舉國歡慶的節日，吵鬧是避免不了的，房子也是老房子改建的，窗户我們是雙層隔音設計，您需要一點聲音沒有，你可以選擇住在古城外那是絕對的安靜，整個古城有早餐的民宿少之又少，我們因為地方的侷限性，沒有辦法在自己民宿裏做早餐，所以包在了旁邊的早餐店，早餐我們有米粉油條包子餃子這是湖南特色，不知道您在家吃的是什麼山珍海味的早餐，讓您如此不滿意，前一天店長就打電話加您微信告知你怎麼從高鐵站到店裡，店長告知您坐磁懸浮坐到攬勝站下車，您自己坐過站了，坐到了古城下游，前台不厭其煩的給您解釋又給您聯繫車，您又嫌棄國慶期間出租車送您上來貴了，你要自己解決，我們店長晚上在停車場等了你2個多小時您才到，一路上嘟嘟囔囔，我們沒有高鐵免費的接送服務，攜程上面有説明，我們有幫客人有償預約車輛的服務，您説您不需要預約車，自己要坐磁懸浮，一切都是您自己的選擇，您是不是平時生活也過的擰巴
