ザ ヴィラズ オブ アメリア アイランド(Villas of Amelia Island)

Started out in Court Side Villas and that was not good! Our unit was old and outdated with stained carpeting! I requested to be moved and for an up charge, we were moved to a one bedroom suite which was oceanfront in Sandcastle Villas! It was awesome! Close to main hotel and beach and pools (had to drive from first Villa)!

"Villas" are condos built in 1980s and not touched since. Interior lighting so bad, it's hard to read. Furnishings dated, art puke-worthy (though subjective). Amenities scarce. No elevators, many stairs, poor night-time lighting and hard-to-read/find signage.

The mattress was terrible to the point that I would never stay at this resort again or recommend it to anyone. Sad because the resort and the grounds are beautiful.

Great property. Took our 15 year old and loved it. Do much to do and a lot of nature to soak in. Did the segways which were a blast and Kyle was amazing . We also did the house back riding which was memorable. Definitely would make another trip there

Hotel is absolutely beautiful but the room was very damp, smelled damp and the carpet felt even wet.

The main hotel is beautiful but the Villas are disappointing. The front desk was amazing with fixing whatever they could but the villas are not well kept, not serviced,. lower standard appoin**ents and you could maybe do better with the hotel room.

This is a unique property at the northeastern tip of Florida. It doesn't not feel like anywhere else in Florida. The main hotel and facilities are very nice. The villas are spacious, clean and have everything you need. Unfortunately, some thing was terribly wrong with the climate control a/c in our unit. It smelled very musty and all surfaces felt damp. The creamer left by the coffee had turned into paste and none of our towels dried. We both had sore throats when we left and sincerely hope that we weren't breathing black mold all weekend. Also little things need more upkeep -- the toilet kept running and the sliding door was stuck shut. I definitely expected more for an Omni property and for the price.

The Villas of Amelia Island is a spectacular place to stay. The resort is immaculate. The rooms are spacious and updated. My room in the Sandcastles 2 Villa had a balcony with a beautiful ocean view (in fact, I think all rooms above ground level have a balcony with an ocean view). My room had a kitchen with a full refrigerator, oven, microwave, 4-slice toaster, and coffee maker (it was a regular coffee maker, not a Keurig). The living room had a couch (with a bed) and two chairs. My room had a table for 4. We had a TV in the living room and also in the bedroom. The beds were super comfortable. The shower head was high enough for those above 5'5'' and the water pressure was strong.

the property was beautiful and there was alot to places you can go to buy car and walking!!!
