I go there regularly as we are doing a project in the area , i have to say that they take good care of me , Hasan is the best Bell captain i have ever met, he is really helpful. the reception team check you in very fast and the food is really good . they have the best atmosphere in the whole province. thank you

my experience with my children was extremely bad day In the entrance security guard search my bags believes it’s appropriate, changing room. And toilet flooded with water all day, was absolutely disgusting. there is only three a little swimming pool with-children slays nothing else . out side the pool It’s very sleepy my self and my Children and other customer keep falling down . food they have a picture of pizza I asked them to make me same exactly as they have in the photos. They said This is only for advertising. We don’t make this pizza 🙈??? I want to the restaurant staff, very rude I get food from the restaurant absolutely horrible I’throw it all in the bin , I will not recommend this place to anyone 🤮

Great place for family holidays (Pool, beach, aquapark, ...). The kids loved it. The spacious Flavour Suite was very nice and calm for resting and enjoying the stay. Food was also good and tasty. and personnel was very kind and helpful. Free parking and high speed free internet wifi available. I will go back for sure...

I had an excellent filet, which was cooked to perfection by Chef Amin who is very talented and professional. The service was impeccable and prices are fair. The atmosphere is pleasant.I will definitely come back to try orher dishes.

Nothing to comment, simply proud to have such hoyel in Algeria and in Skikda especially, i owuld like by this to Thank all staff members for their hospitality during my stay in this Hotel. I would address a special thanks to Mr Ramdani, who was personally taking care of his customers, doing his best to satisfy them ( he did more than required for me personally, asking me verytime if i need anything, if i have any issue, this will not be forgettable at all ), Espcial thanks to Mr Mounji, who was present all time, with his smile and very high level of communication, I can't forget thanking Mme Lydia, the first person who i had contact with her, making all issues and constraints that i had solvable, i would say, she open the hotel door very nicely with high professional level. Mr. Slim, Mr Ibrahim (IT), Miss Nada, Housekeeping team ( especially the floor 5), the restaurant team, reception team, and many others were at the high level of my expectations, all of them deserve our respect and thanks for the job that they are doing, very good job dears. Without any hesitation, this is the best hotel in the region. ( in addition to the its location, the views, the facilities, ...etc.)

Miserable service of a miserable hotel When we reserve and pay for a room more than a week in advance, ... when we warn the hotel employee of the absolute necessity of the room for a very special event and he reassures us "it's ok sir" ... when we arrive in exhausted from a long trip, and at the reception of this "so called" 5 star hotel, they tell us that there is a room problem, and we learn that the room that we booked and paid in advance no longer exists or to tell the truth: has been sold to another person, and our special event is transformed into a fight not to spend the night in the street. It was my real experience with the "royal tulip Skikda" and it was my wedding night. I remember you all the rest of my life. You are the worst hotel I ever met.

Horrible hotel, I stayed for one night in this hotel with my wife and my two kids, I ran away !!! Well for the first night we asked for a baby bed and mattress for my kids, after many times going to the reception and so many calls, we were served at 1 am, can you imagine !!! The kids were crying me and my wife were exhausted, the only thing we heard is we have not of guests!!!! The open buffet, well we waited for half an hour for omelette as my wife waited for hall an hour for crepes The rooms are dirty The stuff not knowing what they're doing I really don't recommend it's a massacre

I've been there for business, everything was great. The General Manager and the Marketing department were so helpful and cooperative. Mr Tareq, Mr Mounji, Mrs Imene, Le Master Chef Nesredine, I will come back for sure. Thanks to all of you.
