Tiny room and ensuite barely large enough to use with the door closed. Disappointing food. Friendly staff and good location

Great location, friendly helpful staff and quiet area. However our Indulgence room suffered from being close to the primary exit / entrance with a loud banging door. This combined with a large, noisy wedding party staying here, negatively impacted our stay for our anniversary. Best considered as a pub with rooms rather than a hotel, although not sure that then justifies the expense of the indulgence rooms.

Comfortable, clean, continent to the castle a two minute walk away, and friendly! The food in the pub was awesome as well!

Very traditional inn experience! Beautiful town with everything within walking distance. Staff are warm, chatty and more than happy to fufill requests if able. Breakfast was served between 7:30 and 10 giving plenty of time to laze if needed. Breakfast is cooked to order not a buffet style. Overall a fantastic experiance.

A lovely hotel, with excellent staff. The hotel offers good quality food and the rooms are in good order, this is the perfect choice for exploring Arundel and the surrounding area.

Lovely place. Fab breakfast. Very helpful staff. Our room needs a bit of refurbishment. Other than that its a lovely place to stay.

We would not book the same room again too small, everything else was very good, both service and facilities

Lovely staff, cute and clean room. Great food. Quite a tight squeeze in the bathroom but that’s the nature of the building! We really enjoyed our stay.
