Immaculate clean room which is my number one priority. Very sweet and friendly owner. She even arranged early morning transport to the airport for us and he was a great driver and friendly. She left us quite a spread for breakfast in the room as well as desserts which we ate after we went to an awesome pizza place which was very close, straight out the front gate towards the beach, Very pleased with this place and I am pretty picky.

Great place to stay for a night but not easily accessible FROM the Airport. The owner has a shuttle to take you to the airport (15 Euro for two people) so getting BACK to the airport was easy. Getting there FROM the airport was a huge hassle and took way more effort than it should. The city bus people told us we couldn't take our luggage on the bus and there were no other taxis to take us there other than the full price taxi at 30 Euros for a 5 minute ride. We eventually convinced a hotel shuttle driver who went to that part of town to take us there for 15 Euro's but it took us 2 hours and a lot of walking back and forth to different taxi/bus/taxi/bus areas to find someone who would take us to this location at a reasonable price.

Stayed for one night before our flight home. Close to the airport and some very good restaurants nearby.

Our train arrived late yet Maria greeted us at 1130 at night and helped us arrange our early am taxi. I am so thankful for her kindness and help. I wished we could have stayed longer as the room was spacious, clean and inviting!

Host was very amenable and the cost of the shuttle was reasonable, not like the taxis from the Rome airport.

Property was perfect for our one night stay before starting our Tuscan vacation. Close to amenities and easy to get on the road early.

Maria’s BnB is exactly as described. Great foam mattress. We slept very well. Check in at 2pm with no problems. She stored our luggage until then. Decent local neighborhood and a few blocks away lots of eateries. We felt safe walking around. Maria’s husband drove us to airport at 6am sharp for only 15 euros . A taxi driver drove us from airport to BnB the day before and we had to pay $40. We would definitely go back again if needed. Maria is a great host.

We stayed for our last night in Italy, we had an early morning flight and the location was perfect. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend
