the apar**ent was big and extremely clean. Very pleasant staff and everything is fitted for kids (restaurant, room, activities, bikes....). we enjoyed the place very much and will definitely come back.

Great hotel, great personnel. -Varying breakfast buffet, hot and cold -4-6 courses dinner combined with buffet -A lot of things to do for the kids -Nice, warm pools (in- and outdoor) and wellness -Rooms were clean and spacious List goes on, all in all highly recommended for families

We had a wonderful holiday in Hotel Felsenhof. We travelled with a 13, 10 and 3 year old and each of them loved it. There is something for everyone. The childcare was incredible and everyone made such an effort with my very nervous 3year old. They realised she liked art and drawing so went out of their way to find activities for her. Because she was happy we had a break also. The food was exceptional and really, every little detail was thought of. The location is perfect for access to the ski lifts, ski school etc with a free bus stopping outside the hotel. Lots of fun in the snow at the hotel also. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the room was perfect for our family, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. I really can’t speak highly enough of our experience and it speaks volumes that the hotel was at capacity and yet never felt overly busy. It’s just so well organised.

This is by far our best holiday with our kids EVER! The staff and room at the hotel were an absolute dream and our kids were in heaven meeting new friends in the kids area.. which is supervised and great for kids. Lufthansa lost our luggage and all the Chris**as presents but the hotel put on a beautiful Chris**as evening musical presentation and presents for the kids. It saved our Chris**as. The food was unreal… the serving staff were incredibly kind and so good to our boys as well as taking extra care of us adults when our boys ran off to play with their friends. The room we had was incredibly clean and comfortable.. our boys had their own room and loved it. There is a gorgeous spa area and rooftop swimming pool which was perfectly warm and stunning. The kids swimming inside was super clean and really perfect for kids any age. I could talk for days about our experience but we highly recommend this hotel and experience. We can not wait to return again next Chris**as.. (family with two boys aged 5.5 and 7 years)

Great hotel and staff. We stayed hier for one week with our two year old. Everything is well thought through, especially for kids. You don’t have to bring your own baby cot, stroller, slay, cleaning matras, etc. (Only your child’s diapers and cleaning wipes). Childcare is great (six days a week 8.30 am till 17.00/20.00/21.00 pm depending of the day). We stayed in the hotel (not in an appar**ent). And we were happy to notice that there was no real noise of other visitors while in the room. Rooms are big and clean. The warm children’s pool with toys already present brought lots of joy to our two year old. Also the pool at the roof is nicely warm with great mountainview. There’s wellness (for both kids till 14 years and seperately aswell for persons aged over 14). In the restaurant is thought of a children’s playing area. There were activities organized during the week aswell (horse carriage for example). We had a wonderful time.

We stayed in Hotel Felsenhof for 4 days to discover the Flachau region. The rooms are spacious and have all the useful amenities. The breakfast buffet is very rich and 5-course dinners are delicious and generously served. The staff is friendly and attentive. The family pictures hanging on the walls present a warm welcoming touch. The hotel has many thoughtful details and indoor and outdoor play grounds to accommodate children of all ages. We very much appreciated the beautiful (heated) outdoor pool with the view of the Alps. There are many summer activities nearby, such as mountain cart, soccer golf, lakes to swim and hiking options. It seems the skiing domain is very attractive too. We would definitely come back to Hotel Felsenhof and highly recommend it!

Wir waren als Familie 6 Erwachsene und ein Kind zu Gast im Hotel Felsenhof. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Hier wird Freundlichkeit der Servicekräfte gaaaaaaaanz groß geschrieben. So einen tollen Service haben wir fast noch nie erlebt. Sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und alles was ein Kinder- und auch Elternherz begehrt. Die Pools sind toll und das Essen schmeckt super :-) es gibt nichts, was nicht gut war. :-) Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Top Kinderhotel. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Nettes Personal. Köstliches Essen. Teilweise modernisierte Zimmer, sehr schön. Man kann bei jedem Wetter etwas machen, dank Indoor Spielplatz. Die Kinderbetreuung ist wirklich nett. Kommen wieder.

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub im Felsenhof, sehr genossen. Es war bereits unser 3. Aufenthalt und unsere Hauptkriterien, warum wir immer wieder kommen, sind neben den komfortablen neuen Familienzimmern "Dachstein" der tolle Pool am Neubau des Hauses. Mit diesem - und natürlich auch dem erweiterten Wellnessbereich - ist man einigermaßen "wetterunabhängig, wobei wir dieses Wochenende im Jan23 das Glück von perfekten Ski-Pisten hatten! Hervorzuheben wären noch das fantastische Frühstücksbuffet, die reichhaltige Nachmittagsjause und das ausgezeichnete Abendessen. Nicht zu vergessen sind natürlich die familiäre A**osphäre und die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams!
