I didn’t like the parking. Inconvenient for Seniors. Had to walk too far also there is no room service to your room. Will not stay there again.

Everything was fine sans the train whistle all night long and the lack of any meat on the breakfast buffet.

Hotel is clean. Quiet. Over all nice but I will not stay here again. Parking is inconvenient and not close enough to hotel, especially in the pouring rain and the water pressure in the shower is terrible. It's definitely not worth the cost.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Centrally located in downtown Florence and easy access to I-95. Stopped on a trip back to New York from Florida to rest up between days of driving. Perfect spot for a night of rest at a reasonable price.

The person who checked me in was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and the gym is decent. There are several good restaurants within a few blocks.

The are where the hotel was located seemed like a more safe quiet area than many other parts of Florence, SC. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Additionally, the free breakfast was nice feature and the food was good. The staff was very nice and the hotel overall was very nice. The only real issue that I had was with the Shower pressure, it was extremely weak even though the pressure in the bathroom sink was strong. Some items that would have made the stay more enjoyable are an indoor pool, a better gym, and if the rooms had a small studio type layout with a small kitchenette or full kitchen. Thank You.

There are two drawbacks to this property. First (and most significant) is that parking is a block away so you need to schlep your bags a bit. Second, there is a fairly actively train track nearby. We were at the end of the hotel facing the tracks. I did hear a train once but it was very quiet (unlike the train in My Cousin Vinny :-). The hotel is in a good location (downtown as it says). Couple of bars and restaurants within a block or so.

Rooms were good and clean with good space. We felt the breakfast could have been better as the second day we had breakfast at a local restaurant unfortunately.

We were there 3 days and there was no room cleaning service and we asked the evening of the last night to have the room cleaned and there cleaning people were all gone. We were never told about the cleaning arrangements.
