朝食が特に素晴らしかった。カプチーノに酸味も少なく、パンも非常に素晴らしい。アメニティは種類が多く頼むと準備してくれる。

場所は良いです。ドアの向かいに寿司レストランがあり、200メートル以内に中華レストランがあります。食べ物は美味しく、値段も高くありません。 百花聖堂からは徒歩わずか 30 分で、バス停も近くにあります。

ホテルは非常に良い場所にあり、鉄道駅、ヴェッキオ橋、美術館に非常に近く、ミケランジェロ広場行きのバスもあるのでとても便利です。ホテルはとても新しく、部屋は清潔で、それほど広くはありませんが、静かで、朝食は美味しく、フルーツもとても美味しかったです。

市内の典型的なホテルで、とても清潔で、ユニークな窓があり、中庭のバーの景色を眺めることができます。川があり、遠くないところに大きなスーパーもあり、川向こうには日本食レストランもあるので日本人のお客さんもいます。

専用駐車場があり、旧橋やサンタ・マリア・デル・フィオーレまで歩いて行けます。

部屋は清潔で整頓されており、場所は便利で、サービスはとても良いです。バーテンダーはとても忍耐強いです。頻繁に飲み物を補充しに来たり、他に何か必要かどうか尋ねたりします。休憩するときはすぐに尋ねます。ゲストが何か追加する必要がある場合は、それを伝えてください。それは素晴らしい経験です。

Special mention to Fedele in the restaurant for the impeccable service. He is amazing also the people in the counter.

Not all staff was rude but upon check in I was welcomed with coldness. The lights in the room didn't all work. The hotel water at first wasn't working. Then the maintance guy came and turned somthing on. Big thing though. Woke up with bite marks from a bug. Hotel refused they happened there. And didn't even offer a apology. They arent from a mosquito. And where else could I have recived the bites if it wasn't from where I was sleeping.

My first impression was that the room was very dark. It was ok in the daytime when you open the windows but when the curtains are drawn it feels like a bar , with a bed end bar like table and very small lights on the ceiling. That made charging your phone not that easy as sockets were down below and room was dark.The room size is good and my room ha d a garden view. But there was no tea bag/ coffee/ water in the room . You could ask for some amenities ( eg slippers) but the worst impression I had with this hotel was when I asked for a tea bag ( which is normally provided in most hotels) the reception referred me to a ‘manger’ of restaurants who said I had to pay for a tea bag ( I assume he took it to be hot tea in room, but I gave my own hot water boiler and all I need is a tea bag)

Styling Hotel, good quite area. Good service and breakfast. Personal are very friendly. But beds are very hard. Me and my friend didn’t sleep good. Woke up every night a lot of times. Now I understood- the most important thing in Hotel for me is good comfortable bed. Best regards Elena

위치는 걸어서 피렌체 역에서는 25분, 베키오다리는 40분정도 갈려요 구경하면서 천천히 걸을수있는 거리이고, 근처에 큰마트가 있어서 편해요, 룸컨디션도 나름 호텔 느낌납니다 어메니티도 구색 맞쳐있고 컨셉츄얼한 부틱 호텔이예요. 기본조식은 빵은 따뜻하고 바삭하니 맛은 있는데 굳이 안먹어도 되는느낌.. 그돈으로 카페애서 더 맛있는거 사먹겠어요..
