Extremely loud. All night long. NO LUGGAGE STORAGE - despite the ******* ad stating it’s one of the perks. Ruined the trip having to find storage, lost my timed Uffizi ticket. Lots and lots of stairs and doors. Definitely wouldn’t stay again ever and don’t recommend this place at all. Staff didn’t care that my plans were ruined and I lost €. Never again.

Beautiful building with lots of character. Great location. Very nice room, comfortable, well lit, cozy. Super friendly and helpful staff.

2 minutes after getting into the room all the power went out in the building, then we had no water or power - I was able to reach the desk (even though it was just after 6) and they said they would get back to me after talking to the owner. No one contacted me again that night. after multiple calls to the number and texts to the what’s app number there was no response and we had no water. We had to spend our dinner calling other hotels and we ended up paying over double to move to a new hotel at midnight. In the morning we went to the desk and asked for a refund, they said ******* had to refund us, so we contacted ******* but now the owner is saying that we can’t have a refund even though we did not stay even one night. We think the owner should be responsible to refund us and cover the difference in cost we had to pay for a last minute hotel in peak season or they should be removed from ******* so that customers can trust they won’t be scammed.

Great property. Only complaint was one night someone was having a party below us and it sounded like they were right in our room! The noise travelled through the walls. The location was great though!! Couldn’t be in a better spot- you can walk just about anywhere in Florence!

The property was beautiful and very well located. The staff did not provide enough toilet paper and the shower is very poorly constructed and floods easily.

Perfect restful place to stay whilst in Florence. I would definitely stay again.

It is centrally located. Very convenient to visit different locations. It is quite noisy and you have to climb quite a lot and open many doors to reach to the room.

Our experience was not the best. We first needed 6 keys to get into this place. Although it had the feel of a grandioso building it was dark and eerie. Our air conditioner didn’t work for the theee nights we were there. The person in charge sent a repairman and basically said it’s working not sure what these people are talking about, the gentleman didn’t know I spoke Italian and understood his whole conversation with his superior. Not once did they ask if we needed more towels or toilet paper! I know it’s not a hotel but I’ve been to many and the owner always does it’s best to make sure his guests are comfortable. Again, like Rome we had to pay up front, gave us the keys and wished you good luck on a good stay. Not the way it should be. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Great location right next to most famous landmark in Florence. Beautiful room. Appreciated the very thorough instructions to get into room. Note the key pickup is about a block away from room - no problem and easy instructions to follow. Laundromat across the way if needed. Would definitely stay here again.
