鉄道駅に近く、ショッピングエリアやレストランエリアも充実しています。多少のアップデートはありますが、内部はきれいでした。私たちの部屋のバスルームはとても狭かったです。水圧が非常に低い時もありましたが、お湯が出ないことはありませんでした。予算内で滞在するにはまともな場所。

市内中心部、トラム、電車に近い。ショップやレストランの近くにあります。空港からトラムですぐ

チェックインは非常に簡単で、必要な場所へは歩いて簡単に行くことができます。そして駅からも近い

ドゥオーモから徒歩約 10 分の B&B で、通りにはバーやレストランなどが並んでいます。 居心地が良く、清潔な部屋。バスルームには旅行用歯磨き粉が入った歯ブラシとベッドルーム用スリッパがベッドの上にあります。とても親切なオーナー様たち。

場所が悪い、うるさくて不快。客室からは非常に交通量の多い通りに面しており、防音設備はありません。眠れない夜。指示のないチェックインは存在しません。醜い部屋、汚いベッドカバー、混乱を招くサイト。朝食はありません。安くもないのでここに来る理由はありません。

La Residenza di Michelangelo は、設備の整った快適な客室を備えた B&B です。駅からも市内中心部からも大変便利な場所にあります。ナツィオナーレ通りを見下ろす窓のある部屋は少し騒々しいです。フロントの対応は良いですが、レセプションは 18 時に閉まります。予想通りであったとしても、3 日間の滞在で部屋の片付けや掃除が不十分だったことにマイナスな点に注意してください。

夜を過ごすのに最適なオプションです。部屋はとても素敵で、ホテルはすべてに非常に近いです

The room was awesome. Large with a small balcony. 2 extra chairs and table, mini fridge, and small desk. The water pressure and water temperature were not the great. It took a long time for the hot water to come through. The staff was excellent. The room was quiet even though we were on a busy street. I had 3 keys and a Fob to manage my access. I would change that and add electronic apps to the doors to eliminate having to keep up with keys. There is a small elevator but there are two small steps you need to go up to get to the elevator. I definitely would stay here again. It’s located in a central part of Florence just a block from the Market and super close to the train station.

The receptionist was super nice and helped us to sort out everything. The location of this hotel is no doubt very convenient, very centric, and also very close to the train station and Mercato Centrale. The room itself including the decoration and equip can be better.

This was a charming little B&B right near the train station. We had a fair amount of luggage and the elevator was super helpful. Stefano was very helpful at check in and Luigi was super helpful at checkout. We only stayed one night but if we were in Florence longer we’d happily stay longer. The AC worked well and the amenities were very nice. The location was also great. An easy walk to the Duomo and surrounding shops. There is a little pizza place next door and a good gelato place on the other side. Also a wonderful cafe just steps away which had an excellent Italian breakfast. If you’re looking for a good place to stay, this is it!

Great Place to stay in Florenc

El lugar está perfectamente ubicado. El check in es hasta las 14 hs por lo tanto escribimos por WhatsApp al número que figura en la página para avisar que llegábamos más tarde. Un empleado se contactó con nosotros para darnos el código de ingreso de la puerta. El lugar está muy bien equipado, con té y pava eléctrica y un frigo bar. La habitación es muy limpia y nueva. La ducha y el baño están a un lado, todo muy limpio y justo lo que uno necesita después de un largo viaje. Muy recomendable!

Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare alla Residenza di Michelangelo perché oltre ad essere veritiera in quanto immagini pubblicate,ha un personale gentilissimo ed educatissimo. Ha superato le nostre aspettative di gran lunga. Le stanze sono bellissime,fresche,pulite e nuove,dotate di ogni comfort,proprio come da descrizione. Tenute pulite e curate,roba non da poco soprattutto in questo periodo. Inoltre da non sottovalutare la posizione strategica e comodissima che ha. A pochi passi dalla stazione centrale e dal centro,comodissimo potersi spostare in tutta faciltá a piedi,passeggiando per le stradine del centro storico. Con mio marito ci siamo promessi di ritornare in quanto per esigenze personali ci siamo trattenuti solo 3 giorni,ma la prossima volta che faremo tappa a Firenze, Residenza di Michelangelo è tra i preferiti in assoluto! A completare la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale,seppur giovane molto alla mano e cordiale,ci è venuto incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze.

Consigliatissimo! Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in quanto di passaggio a Firenze, camera super carina, ben arredata (è una cosa a cui io personalmente guardo molto), bagno con doccia molto grande, TV, set di acqua, the, caffè e bollitore inclusi nel prezzo della camera. Non è una cosa che ha interessato me direttamente ma ai lati del letto ci sono le prese con inserita l'attacco per il cavetto usb in modo da garantire a tutti gli ospiti internazionali una carica del telefono senza bisogno di mille adattatori (lo sottolineo perché ho soggiornato all'estero diverse volte e assicuro che non è una cosa che hanno tutte le strutture). Pulizia perfetta senza dubbio. Lo staff veramente impeccabile, il giorno prima avevamo chiamato la struttura per un problema riguardante la prenotazione su booking e il ragazzo alla reception è stato gentilissimo e ci ha assistiti per trovarci una soluzione in breve tempo. La struttura è a due passi dalla stazione esattamente davanti al mercato di S. Lorenzo, vicinissimo al Duomo e ai principali punti turistici, quindi perfetto per chi non è del posto e non sa bene come muoversi perché si è direttamente in centro storico. Se avremo occasione torneremo sicuramente!
