アルノビオ フィレンツェ スイーツ(Arnobio Florence Suites)

The location and property were wonderful. Our check in was smooth and easy. We just had a problem when the cleaning staff cleaned the bathroom they took and threw out our shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and one of my retainers for my teeth. I had them laid out on a flat towel with my toothbrush. Non of the containers were empty so I am not sure why they took them. The 2 toothpaste tubes were brand new. I told management and they apologized but I was not reimbursed for the retainer I had to buy when I returned to the US. I had to go to the orthodontist to have 2 new ones made.

The place was super easy, sexy shower, basic accomodations while being funky in design. The one thing I didn't like was that I told them I wouldn't have WhatsApp access and they told me they'd meet me but it was not at the front door and I could not get buzzed up... Thankfully Guess had free wifi that I could log into.

Stylish accomodation....in a superb location. Clean, tidy...and good host. I really liked the decor ...just was intrigued by the mirror In the bathroom..... anyone that stays ..well ..make sure you have the lights on In the main room.... otherwise you may have an eye full to the person showering due to the two way mirror!! 😅😅😁

Everything was nice and clean. The hotel is near to touristical places. It is recommended. The only disadvantage is they have no elevator however rooms are placed on 2nd floor so it is not really hard to carry in/out the luggages.

Found out no hot water in the bath at 12 midnight. I had to get another hotel nearby, pack and move. No front office and no one answering calls after 6pm. The worst hotel ever!

Mala experiencia. 1. Nadie te recibe (salvo una cucaracha que estaba muerta en el recibidor del primer piso y otra que estaba bien viva, que se pasea de un escalón a otro 4 de los 5 días que estuvimos ahí). 2. No hay interlocutor, salvo un WhatsApp. 3. El wifi no funcionó durante 3 de los 5 días que allí estuvimos. 4. El agua caliente solo dura 2 minutos, luego, ármate de valor para terminar con agua bien fría. 5. El piso de la ducha tiene hongos. 6. El WC está asquerosamente sucio. Pareciera que jamás lo han limpiado. Tiene una capa de sarro oscura y densa pegada en la base. La tapa del WC es de color café. Juzgue ud por qué eligieron ese color. 7. Los muebles están rotos. 8. Los dispositivos del baño están sueltos, igual que los enchufes. 9. El baño no tiene muros hasta el techo, por lo que se escucha todo lo que haces. 10. Las sábanas no son del tamaño apropiado a la cama, son más chicas y al despertar se ve el colchón expuesto. 11. Cada vez que pasa un auto en la calle vibra todo. Cuando se duchan en la mañana se escucha fuerte el agua pasar por las tuberías. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

Llegamos y la habitación no estaba disponible, nos retrasaron el chek in más de dos horas con malas formas. Ese primer día el retrete estuvo estropeado y hacía constantemente ruído mientras que el lavabo no desaguaba. Al día siguiente, no pudimos hacer uso libre de nuestra habitación porque tuvieron que reparar el baño pero cuando al fin pudimos entrar en la habitación, el inodoro no funcionaba, no cargaba agua en la cisterna. Nos pusimos en contacto con el alojamiento que no contestó nunca, ******* tampoco nos solucionó la situación. Conclusión: pagamos por una habitación en la que solo pudimos dormir, teniendo que ir al baño a otros establecimientos y en la que entraron personas sin nuestro consentimiento privándonos de su uso y sin que nadie se disculpase ni nos ofreciese una compensación u opción satisfactoria. Trato verdaderamente deplorabe.
