This is a beautiful, well run hotel with so much charm. The interior is traditional, colourful and has beautiful plants and flower arches. From the second we arrived we felt at home and knew we were going to have a great stay. The views over the lake from breakfast are something from a postcard, the pool looks brand new and it is kept so clean: sitting there on the seat in the pool reading a book overlooking the lake is something I won’t ever forget. You won’t regret staying here!

This is a really nice family run hotel with pool and hot tub (which I believe not many hotels in the island can boast). Breakfast is served by the bar in the terrace looking out over the lake, which is a lovely way to start the day. The rooms are a reasonable size and the a/c works well as does the shower. Great location on the water to watch the sunsets.

very nice hotel, the rooms are basic, but comfortable, we stayed in a small room, but it was clean and nice, the hotel have a little pool, the town is very nice, nice location and also the internet service was great, the breakfast was delicious and great service

A nice comfortable hotel- excellent location with many restaurants just outside the door. Ensure to have breakfast on the patio overlooking the water. My room was small, particularly the bathroom (excellent and very spacious shower!) but it did not detract from my stay. Be prepared to use your Spanish in that the staff do not speak much English- but we managed to communicate nevertheless .

The room was dirty and there was dead insects on the floor. The toilet did not flush, and the staff did not fix it after bringing it to their attention. Furthermore the walls are very thin, so it sounds like the people walking by are literally standing in the room. The hotel cannot be recommended.

Stayed in one of the hotel's apartments after booking over AirBnB. Spacious and comfortable, though sparsely decorated and the kitchen only has the very basics. But I only stayed for a few nights so this wasn't really a problem. The staff are some of the friendliest and most accommodating I've ever met in Guatemala, I can't fault the service here. Cleaning service/towel change was every other day, complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, and access to the pool, restaurant, and terrace was lovely. Just a few downsides - but none of these are actually the hotel's fault. The people in the neighbouring apartment were VERY loud and stayed up partying until 3am and then started again at 8:30am, though I did stay over Halloween/Dia de Los Muertos so it wasn't a big surprise. The second downside is that there were a lot of kids during my stay, which obviously like to run about, make noise, and splash a lot in the pool - as kids should! But if you're looking for a relaxing, quiet, child-free environment, I'd recommend that you look for a different hotel. All in all a very pleasant stay, certainly better than the other places I stayed in Flores! :)

Todo muy bonito : toallas con origami de un perro y un gato , sabanas limpias. El problema es el restaurante porque muy lento el servicio.Todo muy bueno. La piscina limpia. El precio es elevado pero considerando que es de los pocos hoteles con piscina, está bien. El desayuno incluido trae menos de los que ofrecen, por ejemplo una longaniza y era un tercio de longaniza.

Mooi hotel met kamers rond de binnentuin. Wij kregen een appartement aan de overkant van de straat. Jammer dat we van daaruit geen zicht hadden op het meer. Maar het was daar wel goed fris zodat we daar lekker konden slapen. We genoten van het zwembad ,van de lekkere maaltijden en van de zonsondergang in het buitenrestaurant
