The manager or owner accused me of stealing pillows, a towel and a plastic tray. He even said that we stole the toilet paper and Kleenex. He wanted to charge me for all of these things. I told him repeatedly that we did not take his stuff and that we had spent a lot of money there by staying 3 nights. Then accused me of having to repeng to God because I supposedly stole these items which is so not true. Very disappointing and I wish I could get my money back. Just horrible of an experience.

The refrigerator was extremely noisy and the window curtains left a gap in the center so the security light shone right on the bed making it difficult to sleep.

It was a great exp. Pam at the front desk was really friendly and sweet. Check out was smooth and easy as well. Very close to the shopping center.

The room and kitchen were huge and clean. Loved the bathroom. So happy with everything. I’ll be staying there from now on. Friendly! Have stayed at holiday inn and la quinta and this hotel in better in my opinion. Thank you!!!!

Worst place we’ve ever stayed. Room stunk, couch smelt like you were in oily, smelly garage, the floor was filthy like it hadn’t been swept in a while and OMG the bathroom. No hot water water and the drainage was horrific..not a fan of showering in standing water that is almost covers the top of your foot

I felt safe. The room was great with a mini kitchen. Felt big and spacious. Very clean. 👍

The housekeeping lady was super nice When my room key did not work, she got me a new one- TWICE! The room was clean, but there was no hot water, the toilet seat was not connected, and the door hanger fell off the door when I hung a pair of slacks on it.

all good. clean and comfortable. the bathroom door is a little shabby looking but for less than $100, it expected less.

Typical bait and switch room. Refrigerator did not work. Floor was dirty. Bathroom door would not close. Water only trickled out the sink faucet. Ice machine out of order. Two days we were there, office was locked up until almost 8:00am, No coffee or continental breakfast as advertised. Checked out 1 day early, still charged for day I didn’t use. Clerk refused to give me a printed receipt at checkout. Maintenance was not available for this hotel.
