Room on the beach with balcony… very friendly & personable staff… everything here and walkable…really good live music just across the street - just loved the vibe & listening to the waves, watching the sunset - the the sunrise… everything we were looking for and more! Thank you TIDES🙏😍☮️

Everything was great.... location, food, service, cleanliness, and what a view!
We were surprised the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan to handle the steam from the shower. It looks like there's some rusting in the bathroom already after your updates.

Parking lot is small but located in the middle of lots to do/see. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Pool is heated so kids went swimming at night. No issues this trip

Just a quick 2 day getaway to my favorite hotel in the Charleston SC area. Everything was perfect as usual…. The staff, the room, the coffee shop, the Blu (restaurant)… Everything is outstanding!

Nice hotel right on the beach . Beautiful sunrises. We could find many shells and sharks teeth all the the beachfront. We loved walking around the town.

We always enjoy our experience at the Tides. I stay here frequently, however, we did not have hot water in the shower, which was unfortunate for the cold weather.

We enjoyed our stay at Tides Folly Beach Hotel. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was exceptional! The young lady in the coffee shop was always very friendly and was very professional. The hotel is very close to some good restaurants and we were able to walk to every one that we ate at. Good view of the beach and fishing pier. We stayed during the off season so crowds were not a problem. Definitely recommend them!
