Great place to stay for lacrosse tournament. Most of the team stayed there so made it more fun. The nearby ihop was a hit for late night snacks! Will stay here again if we have more games in the area.

We liked how quiet it was and how close it was to our destination. We didn't like that some of the restaurants were closed nearby. Not sure if there was something going on with that specific restaurant though.

The staff was very helpful when we checked in. Very sweet! The only negative comment I would say was went to have a cup of coffee on our second morning and there weren’t any cups or pods for coffee for the morning! Still would stay there again for sure!

The TV was 26 inches sitting on a small dresser with no microwave or small refrigerator. Other than that, it was ok.

My only complaint was that the TV set was not working. The front desk offered to give me another room. I decided against that since I was staying for a very short time, but asked if they would offer a discount for future stay, they said talk to *******, since you booked with them. (???)

Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Our kids live in the area but we always get our own room. I shop for a good price but I'll choose Courtyard again no matter what the price!

OK. Kind of a mixed review but the negatives outweighed the positives. Check in was OK BUT guy asks if I have a car. Yes, so he says you'll need a parking permit and starts writing it out and hands it to me. He doesn't mention that THEY CHARGE $12 for parking. The hotel is in a shopping center. The whole place is a parking area. So, for this hotel, ADD $!2/day to your charges. Why don't they just add it to the daily charge quoted? (I just checked and the charge is mentioned on their website which I failed to see). Stil, this is one of those 'we're going to tack on every charge we can think of' type charges that just pi$$ people off. Clean room (yay!); overall, a nice room but some serious safety/access concerns. We don't have ADA needs but some of this seems kind of basic. Shower: no grab bar inside. Shower floor has no non-slip *****s, just a smooth shower pan. The shower head is, not kidding, at least 7' from the floor. I'm 6'2" and my hand just reached it to adjust spray. If you're ＜~5"8", my guess is you won't be able to reach it. Toilet: really low. I thought all toilets now had to comply with ADA. In any event, if your knees are trashed, it's pretty hard to lever yourself off it. And NO GRAB BAR! How hard is that? Finally, the couch/fold out bet looks nice but I think they installed a new one on the previous frame, leaving about 1' of wood base exposed about 15" off the ground. Well, my wife whacked her shin pretty badly on the way to bed. Grrrr!

Friendly & helpful front desk. Easy to find from freeway and beautifully maintained property.
