One of the best hotel experiences, while initially thinking it would be a nice basic stay. Thank you Ms. Sandra.✨️ And, special compliments on the included breakfast thats arranged for the brief business & leisure stays.

Hotel suite was later out perfectly for our needs with full fridge, king bed and good size pull out couch.

Stay was good and comfortable. Wish the check in time was a little more accommodating, but all worked out in the end.

I love this property and the staff Breakfast a plus most definitely But this time I didn’t like my bed I was in room 208 maybe just need to be replaced? But overall I love this location

Unfortunately i will start with the bad first because i think from me personally to anyone considering this place needs to know. We arrived and there was a major stain on the carpet which was kind of gross but whatever. The problems began when i started sneezing and coughing because i have allergies to dustmites. I brought it up when i was checking out and they told the cleaning person comes once every 3 days! On ******* it says daily housekeeping. So the issues were with cleanliness and how it effected my health. The good, if you're still reading. The location is great, the free breakfast was very good, and the picnic firepit area was amazing. I also really enjoyed them having bbq grills. I wouldve given this place 4 stars had they had daily house keeping and a nicer pool.

We booked a one-bedroom suite but got a one-bedroom handicapped one, so I requested a one-bedroom suite that was not handicapped. I waited at the front desk for about 15 minutes while they checked to see if a one-bedroom suite was fixed because of a maintenance issue. The one-bedroom suite maintenance issue was not fixed, so we had to take the handicapped room. I will not stay in a handicapped room again. Everything in the room is set up for a handicapped person. The king-size bed is low to the floor, the shower controls are trouble, and the water from the shower runs out on the floor in the bathroom. The ironing board was small that we had to iron our clothes by putting it on the dining area table.

It was an over-all great stay. However our room was not tended to while we were there. Our trash was not taken out. And the towel bars fell of a few times. The first the towel bar fell it lande on my son's foot. I did appreciate the front staff that got us in room fairy fast.
