La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Forsyth

The hotel itself was nice overall. Unfortunately, without giving details I experienced credit card theft immediately following payment to this hotel when I checked in.

I was only supposed to stay 3 nights here and wound up extending my stay twice so I was there over two weeks. The staff hospitality exceeded all the previous places I have stayed at combined. Our room was phenomenal and it seemed like there was always someone there making sure everything was clean. Have you ever been so impressed with some of the staff that you took them out to dinner to show your appreciation? Me either until I met Ray and Kyressya. If you are planning on staying in Forsyth, this is a must stay place!

The property was average. When I arrived, I was told the water would be off for a repair for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. The water was off for 3 hours. The room I was given was unsecured and extremely cold as I found one of the windows partially open. The workout room lacks the ability to engage in a free weight session. The breakfast was not tasty, and coffee was not available one of the mornings. Staff was very nice expect the one occasion I asked if they have a travel hairspray and the front counter representative gave me an unprofessional look that made me feel like my request was crazy.

Looks pretty from the outside, like lipstick on a pig. I fixed the heater, which had a blown circuit on the plug. Heavy rain came thru the window in puddles. Breakfast was subpar. Place seamed clean tho.

So many pets which were surprisingly mostly quiet. Had to drive to find food after a stressful long day of travel. In the morning we were looking forward to a hot breakfast. At 8am there were very few pieces of bread in the bagel/bread container; one waffle maker, and low supply of eggs and sausage in the ONE buffet chafing set up. When I asked the attendant if they had any more bagels, she said they were frozen. I said I could use the microwave to thaw. A little later she tossed 2 bags of unfrozen bagels on the counter and asked who wanted these bagels; leaving them on the counter for me to open the bags for just one. She should have with gloved hands, not mine, put them in the appropriate container. Disappointed for the cost of this establishment.

My room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of parking and the property seemed very safe. The breakfast in the morning was substandard from what I'm used to at La Quinta. Eggs were not replenished quickly and many of the items were not stocked in the morning.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a great location very accessible to I-75 south. The front desk clerks were very friendly and got us checked in and out in a timely manner. The lobby and our room was very clean and well furnished. Also, the area designated for pets was very clean. I have been to a number of hotels that allowed dogs and they are all a mess. Next year on our drive back down to Florida we plan on staying again.

Clean and comfortable. Our TV wasn't working so we called the front desk. Aziz immediately came and brought a new television for us.

The employees are great, the best, My room needed TLC, light switch operating hall light not working, lamp shade broken HVAC wall thermostat broken had to operate HVAC at unit,
