Stayed one night as part of our Great Glen Canoe Trail expedition. Comfortable accommodation, very clean and ideal for our needs. Friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities and good location (10 min walk to Loch Ness, shops & pub). Recommended.

We loved this place, we arrived tired and late, stored the bikes in secure shed, had a great meal in the restaurant, booked breakfast and a packed lunch for next day. Drying room for kit came in handy and ensuite room was great. We had a couple of beers in the bar at night as well. Staff were friendly, polite and efficient. A lot of thought has went into this place, top marks.

I would stay again at Morag's Lodge. Staff was really friendly, it was always clean, especially the bathrooms whether on suite or on the corridors. The location is great for some hiking routes around Fort Augustus. The dinner one can book additionally was delicious. I had the McNessie vegetarian Burger. The self-service kitchen was in great condition. There are nice lounging corners on the ground floor where you can read books and relax. The room was nice. The thick carpet in Tartan pattern is slightly less hygienic. Not because it doesn't look clean, but because you're never getting carpet as clean as other material when so many people go in and out, especially with all the sheep feces on the hiking routes. But when you've got your slippers with you it's okay. Overall our group was really happy we chose Morag's Lodge for our Loch Ness trip.

Such a wholesome and sweet place to stay! Had the best time there in a private room with some friends! Super easy to get anywhere! The beds are pretty comfortable! Super strong shower pressure which was a great change from other hostels I’ve stayed at! Has a family vibe with a wide variety of people staying there!

A friendly welcome awaits at this wonderfully situated hostel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there is a well equipped kitchen. Breakfast and dinner are available if required and the bar is well stocked. Easy walking distance of the amenities in Fort Augustus. We’ll definitely be back.

An excellent place to stay in Glen Way Fort Augustus right next to Loch Ness. Great stop off for hikers and cyclists. I really liked all the food options, breakfast, packed lunch ,dinner and the bar. The hosts were friendly and made sure my stay was so pleasant. There were severalnlounge areas to relax in.

Room was exceptional thank you. Shower was too die4. Loved my room (Glennetiff), thank you to the staff. Very clean & tidy all around the whole House

Hadn’t stayed for a while so thought I’d book a couple of nights on the way back down south. Just as I remember from my last trip, really welcoming, spotlessly clean and a great please to chill for a couple of days. Spent ages sharing experiences with fellow guests which just adds to the experience. Our family room was perfect for two of us and our dogs.
