There was lots of construction but the Westin was amazing! The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The room was comfortable and great view!

Awful smell by the pool, they told us they were cleaning the restaurant grease traps. Freezing rooms. Outdated overall.

Staff was great, super friendly and personable. Melva was out front desk angel and she was super kind to us and our family, went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. The spa day was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and attentive!. A couple of small hiccups with the valet service but all in all it was a wonderful stay. We will be back

The service was exceptional. The restaurant, Lona/Tinta, was delicious. The beach and pool areas were very clean. The hotel is within distance of many restaurants and stores. The gym is decent for a hotel, my only suggestion would be to lose two treadmills and add a smith machine. Otherwise, pretty good. They have both beach yoga and spin classes, and the instructors are great.

Overall, we had a good time. We used the gym every day and sat by the pool or went to the beach which was great. But I'm glad it was just my mom and I because the bathroom situation was less than ideal. It was a pocket door with vented slots all down it and there was a push in window. You can hear absolutely everything anyone is doing in the bathroom and you can see into the bathroom with all the cracks. There was also a ton of dust built up on a vent over the bathroom mirror that was then building up on the mirror. We also came back from the pool at 4:30 and our room still hasn't been serviced,.. so as we were showering and getting ready for dinner they tried to come in. I was mind blown they hadn't done our room yet. We had been gone since 9am! And the giant thick comforter was odd for a hotel. Nice but I woke up sweating every night. And without it, I was freezing. Easy simple changes they need to make to really make this a 4 star hotel. I've stayed at Westin's before and this one needs a little work. But the staff was nice, location is great, and the food was good.

The bathroom fixtures both operated and couldn’t be turned off as well as the sink handles leaked while in use. The main issue however was the AC flooded the room and there was water dripping onto the floor all night long and then when we woke up and called they said okay and that’s all we heard. We proceeded to check out as planned without any additional follow up about the issue, it was disappointing.

The Westin was extremely nice, had great amenities and the hotel restaurants were INCREDIBLE. Beautiful views of the ocean and it was so convenient to have the walking bridge right to the beach. I wish there were other parking options besides valet, but the valet service was quick and reliable which I did appreciate. Would absolutely stay here again!

The building needs updating for the price. They charged me more than what was quoted with orbitz. They charge also for valet and I never used it. The best part is the ocean view but there is no balcony and if you open door extremely loud. I won’t stay here again. It wasn’t terrible but not worth the price.
