チェックイン時の最悪の経験の 1 つ。まず、駐車係員に自分で駐車すると説明された後、ひどい扱いを受け、次に受付で、興味のない女性が 2 倍の料金を請求しようとしました。チェックアウト時の経験はまったく異なり、別の女性は非常に親切でしたが、請求書は送られてこなかったと約束しました。 ホテルは素晴らしく、立地も良いですが、特に特別なことは期待しないでください。

ビーチのすぐそばにあるのでロケーションは最高でしたが、体験はそれほど素晴らしいものではありませんでした。まず、ホテルを予約するときにはオンラインでは教えてくれない隠れた料金があり、支払いが終わったときに初めて料金について知ります（ホテルの 40 ドルの料金など）。チェックインのときに、42 ドルのセルフ パーキングが満車の場合、必須のバレット サービスとして 48 ドルを請求されます。 さらに、写真にある大きな建物に泊まるつもりでしたが、駐車場の向かいにある小さな建物に泊まるように言われました。 部屋は写真のようには見えず、ずっと小さく、それほど素敵ではありません。 全体的にホテルをまったく楽しめませんでしたが、次回はこれでわかりました

ビーチヤクに位置し、アクセシビリティが良かったです。しかし、ホテルに resort fee を 1 泊あたり 40 ドル以上支払い、この金額にはサンベッドとパラソルは含まれておらず、少し戸惑いました。全体的にサービスは良かった

素晴らしいロケーションにある素敵なホテルで、ビーチや地元のレストランに直接アクセスできます。 サービスはまあまあで、スタッフは常に最高のサービスを提供しようと努力しているようでした。唯一の例外は、日中の Breeze Cafe で女性が仕事にまったく興味がないように見えたことです。 素晴らしいプールエリアは驚くほど混雑していて、バーのテレビで FIFA ワールドカップを観戦するのに適した雰囲気でした。 部屋はまあまあで、設備も良かったです。唯一の不満は、バルコニーのドアロックが機能せず、初日に動物の死骸か濡れたカーペットのようなひどい臭いがしたことです。部屋にいる間はバルコニーのドアを開けたままにして換気をしたところ、問題は解決したようです。

Bahia Mar was a nice hotel. Check in was easy and the room itself was comfortable. There is an extra daily fee called Resort Fee Amenities that we were surprised to see at check out. I’d definitely suggest to ask about this to avoid a shock later on.

Very disappointed . Not clean at all, I had to change room 3 times.

The hotel is located in a nice location and beach front. The main issues are being a very old building and there is only valet parking. Also there are additional fees for everything. Breakfast does not worth $35 (without tip/service)

Staying was great, checking in quick

Some of your staff need to be taught how to communicate with hotel guests. I was coming down the double staircase to the lobby and was met by one of your staff who was cleaning the stairs. She looked at me and said "no" go around! She didn't smile or say thank you or sorry for the inconvenience. I thought maybe she didn't speak english. Later that day I saw the same staff member talking with my friend, and she was all smiles and very nice. The only difference between my friend and me was the color of our skin.

This place was very disappointing overall mostly due to cleanliness. We paid extra for a marina view which actually meant a much smaller, much older building across the courtyard. Our hallway smelt like sewage for half the stay due to a room nearby having a plumbing issue and 3 roaches were found in the main building of the limited time we spent there.
