directly across the street from the beach/ocean. nice pool setting on fifth floor took advantage of a great massage/spa not far from Ft Lauderdale airport

First off as a south FL resident I am disappointed. The $$$ that was given to me when I was checking in is not was said to me in an email directly from the hotel.I came here to celebrate my Mother’s bday since I reside in Palm Beach. I wrote that in the additional notes but there were no gestures done at all as oppose to when I go out of the country and they at least send a small slice of cake or even a towel art. Yeah and everything is over$$$! Housekeeping threw our pillows on the ground because she thought we weren’t using them. Horrible service and environment. I’m definitely not coming back. They need to do better about parking instead of forcing valet. I’ll have my staycation elsewhere.

We stayed here May 2023 and had such a great experience that we came back January 2024! Robert, the concierge was amazing. So nice, friendly, helpful - everything good. Every single valet worker was kind, helpful and very welcoming! The front desk staff was also very nice and helpful. We booked a king suite so we could have a separate room for when our toddler sleeps. To our surprise we had a full kitchen and two full bathrooms which was so helpful with a toddler. Few things I would change: The ability to book a room with a w/d would be helpful. We had one last time we stayed but not this time. It was so helpful last time especially considering there is no on site laundry (only laundry service). The rooms are dated but to be honest, if they were updated, the hotel would probably cost A LOT more to stay there so maybe leave the early 2000s decor. I would like the Ability to check in early, even at a fee. We flew in with a baby and it was just inconvenient to try to entertain him all day until our room was ready. I will say, the room was ready right at 4pm though so it’s not like we had to wait longer than check in. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone. I will stay at the Atlantic over and over again.

The Atlantic is a safe, quiet place to stay. It is right across the street from the beach where you are offered (free) a beach chair and towel. The two eating places are good. Gym and spa are also very good.

Was better than anticipated! Service of all staff was great! Big room and kitchen with everything we needed. Would stay again if we come back!

Fridge not working properly No bar soap provided Checkin at 4pm but 1 of 2 rooms were only ready well after 4:30pm Locked out of one of our rooms at 10:30am but check out is posted as 11:00am Front desk staff couldn’t explain charges when we queried them Rooms are spacious though

It’s our favorite hotel It’s smaller then others by the beach But the view and everything is perfect Great breakfast and drinks My fav berry bliss

We get there and they tell is instead of the suite with an ocean view we reserved, we're getting 2 adjoining single rooms with a King size bed. That would have been great, except, we're a party of 5 and need at least 3 beds for our family. When we asked if we could have a rollaway bed added to one of the rooms, they said that wouldnt work for security reasons. While that may be true, I never heard that one before. After 90 minutes (and a very helpful attendant), we were given a suite across the hall with a city view, which was extremely nice. In fact, both rooms were big, roomy, wonderful. The valet service was awesome. The beach was awesome. I wish we had not had to wait so long to get settled.

Hotel is walkable to everything you need. Plenty of choices for dining. Hotel restaurant was great and service was even better. Rooms were large and spacious. Very clean and newly updated. Had a king ocean front studio 620 ft.² this is a condo hotel. All Staff were extremely friendly, with the exception of two grumpy ones.
