Very clean and nice place to stay if you want to be around all the attractions and by the beach!

Amazing place, so worth the money! Will be back again! Best deal in the area!

Hotel was just ok. They have nothing to offer but a pool and a clean bed. Needed a plastic fork so my daughter could eat her leftover food and was told the grocery store is up the street. I realize a hotel doesn’t have to have plastic silverware but come on!

the room was very nice but the tv remote was very difficult to use. we didn't go there to watch tv but it would have been nice to watch the news in the evening, took 5 minutes to change channels. the staff was very nice but i didn't like the fact you have to let them know if you want the room cleaned. that should be automatic.

I was there for one night because of work, and I couldn't find a place outside of the rooms to take a call, cause there are a lot of trucks passing through the street, the "business center" is inside the reception and there is a lot of people coming in. Also a SWAT team came in outside the rooms for a fight. We had to get locked inside the room. The staff is really nice and have an amazing service.

Enjoyed our stay on a last minute change for one night. Clean. Easily accessible to beaches and local entertainment.

There were people outside, around the pool, at 3 a.m. being extremely loud & yelling. People, from their rooms, yelled at them & asked them to be quiet, as people were trying to sleep. I called the front desk & got no response; the phone rang & rang & rang to no avail.

First room we were given was filthy and stank of stale cigarette smoke. Second wasn't much better but it was only for one night. And we paid way to much at $177 for a Friday night. Receptionist was very friendly and let me use her phone in the morning we left to ring next hotel

The front desk guy was an awesome. So was the staff. They all work very hard. I was not fond of the hotel manager. We got the honeymoon suite for the hot tub and space. The space was good but hot tub filled with yellow water. The manager had the nerve to tell me the water is yellow in the area. They are surrounded by high rise condos. I’m quite sure the water isn’t yellow like urine everywhere. I just left him after that bc how can you reason with someone who has the nerve to say that without any other customer service response. . And if that’s somehow true, well then clearly tell people that BEFOREHAND so they can make an informed decision. No one is hot tubbing in urine looking water idc what the environment causes.
