アメリカで最悪のホテル。まるで刑務所に入ったような気分だった。中国では800元で五つ星ホテルに泊まれるのに。二度と泊まりたくない。

ホテルにチェックインした際にデポジットを要求されたのですが、チェックアウト時に返金されませんでした。カードにお金が振り込まれていないのはなぜでしょうか？

最悪です。清掃もされず、タオルやシーツも交換されません。このホテルは誰にもおすすめできません。宿泊客を受け入れる準備ができていません。

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this room. It had a strong bleach smell, but it didn’t feel properly cleaned. There were not enough towels for two guests, and I even found a cockroach in the shower, which was unacceptable. The nightstands were wet, and the toilet paper was not properly arranged. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards, and I expected a much better experience.

I am not satisfied with the way we were treated as guests regarding my reservation from January 1st to January 3rd. In fact, we were unable to stay at your property because the room could not be opened with the key. The maintenance staff was also unable to open the door, and their attitude was unacceptable — they were angry the entire time. Furthermore, you never offered us an alternative room, nor did you refund the amount we had already paid. As a result, we were forced to look for another hotel and assume the additional cost ourselves. The service provided by your establishment was extremely poor. I formally demand a full refund to my account. I request that you verify that I did not stay at your property and that you issue a refund of the amount paid. I WILL NEVER STAY AT YOUR PROPERTY AGAIN.
